Find a comfortable position where you can close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath as you relax.
And as you exhale,
Let go.
Allow yourself to release whatever has been happening so far today.
Allow yourself to let go of anything happening in the external world around you as you follow your breath inward with your awareness tuning into your inner world and consciously relax.
Allow your body to just be relaxing your shoulders and your upper back,
Relaxing your neck and jaw and face,
Relaxing your entire head and allowing your breath to gently guide you deeper within into a more relaxed,
Present state of being.
And now as you breathe,
Become aware of your breath moving into your lower abdomen.
As you breathe in,
Your belly expands and fills with light.
As you exhale,
The belly contracts and moves in.
Breathe in to the lower abdomen,
Exhale,
And allow the belly to contract.
And now as we continue with this breath into the lower abdomen,
Tune into a point of light in this center.
As you breathe in,
Imagine that the light is growing brighter,
Fuller,
More expansive.
And as you exhale,
Allow the light to contract.
So your breath is acting like a pump of light,
Filling the lower abdomen with gold and light and warmth on your in-breath.
And as you exhale,
Allowing the light to circulate through your entire body,
Breathing into the lower abdomen,
Exhaling and letting go.
And now as you continue to breathe,
I'll guide you into a coherent state of breath,
Balancing the length of the inhale and exhale.

Feeling the light and warmth in your lower abdomen and rising up into your heart.
The light of warmth and love filling your body and flowing out beyond you.
Pouring forth into your day to bring this relaxed,
Coherent state with you.
Knowing that anytime you feel pulled into stress or tension,
You can return to this place through inhaling two,

Becoming fully present,
Aware,
And open to the peace and coherence that's always available to you in every moment,
Right now.
Through your breath,
Through your awareness,
