Starting by making yourself really comfortable.
You might be seated or lying down.
And when you're ready simply shutting down the eyes.
Letting your mind and body settle.
Allowing yourself to arrive to this moment.
For these next few minutes,
Anything that happened in the past is not important.
Anything that might happen in the future doesn't matter.
Just allowing yourself to be here in this moment.
Allowing yourself to enjoy this time just for you.
Where nothing else and no one else matters.
And this is your time.
Making yourself permission to be here.
Bringing your attention to your breath now.
And simply watching as the breath comes in and out of your body.
Not trying to change it in any way.
Simply observing.
Letting it come and go as it pleases.
And enjoying the fact that right now you have nothing else to do but breathe.
Noticing how it feels to gently lengthen your exhalation.
Extending it just slightly.
Without force or effort.
Just letting it become long,
Slow and controlled.
And with every out breath,
Letting go of any tension.
Releasing anything non-essential.
Letting go of anything that's holding you back.
Like peeling away the layers of an onion.
After being yourself of anything that's stopping you from reaching your full potential.
Watching as these layers fall away from your body.
And noticing as you become lighter and lighter.
With each out breath you let go of more and more.
Every expectation from other people.
Letting go of any need to fulfill the desires of others.
And now tapping into your own aspirations.
Connecting with your deepest desires.
Becoming aware of what you really want.
Not what anybody else wants for you.
What you want.
Realizing that you can have what you want.
Noticing any self-limiting beliefs.
Observing them as they pop into your mind.
And maybe becoming aware of where they come from.
But now letting them go.
They were once there to protect you.
But now you can see that they no longer serve you.
Imagine them being released from your body with your breath.
And watching as you rise higher and higher towards your potential.
Being closer to everything you are really capable of.
This is not about anyone else.
It's just you.
Enjoying these last few moments visualizing what it is you really want.
Imagining you've already got it.
What does it feel like?
What emotions are you experiencing?
How does it make you feel?
Imagining you've got everything you've ever wanted.
How do you feel?
And coming back to your breath now.
Coming back to simply watching the breath as it flows through your body.
Noticing how you feel lighter.
Like you've become aware of your infinite potential.
Like nothing can hold you back.
Staying here in this space for as long as you need.
And when you're ready simply starting to deepen your breath and opening up your eyes.
