Thank you for joining me today.
In this guided meditation,
We are going to focus on releasing all of the negative energy that sometimes gets stuck within us.
We are human and we are meant to experience the wide range and the wide spectrum of all human emotions.
We are meant to feel and we're here to experience them and to learn,
Evolve and grow,
But God never intended for us to get stuck in negative energy or to dwell on it.
It is our job to feel it and then let it go and let it pass.
In this guided meditation,
We are going to release any negative energy that has been dwelling in our energetic body,
In our spiritual self,
And we're going to do it by remembering our true nature.
We,
As humans,
Are part human and part divine,
And God intended us to be this way as a blessing.
We start to do this and to release our negative energy over to a higher power when we bring awareness to who we really are.
Remember,
We are not just human,
But we have a spark of divinity within each of us.
God created us from his energy,
The ultimate source.
So a spark of his energy lives in each and every one of us and it ties us back to him.
First,
To start to release our negative energy,
We remember who we are.
It is a blessing to be part human and part divine.
We have a lower self,
Our human self,
The side of us that leans towards sin and negative energy,
But we also have a higher self.
We have a higher self,
Our spiritual body,
Our spiritual essence.
This half of us leans towards God,
Love,
Our total fulfillment.
Start by getting in a comfortable laying down or seated position.
If you would like,
You can close your eyes if that feels right for you,
Or you can put a hand on your heart,
Whatever feels comfortable.
Start by taking a deep breath in,
A deep inhale now.
We slowly bring to mind our full awareness that we are not limited to our human selves or our human bodies.
We bring to mind the truth that we are part human and part divine.
Again,
Another deep inhale.
We ask God to help us connect to the inner divinity within.
God,
I set the intention to tap into my inner divinity that connects me to you.
Breathe in now.
God,
I set the intention to tap into my highest self.
I set the intention to tap into my highest spiritual self and form,
And to connect with you,
God,
Source,
The ultimate,
My creator.
God,
I set the intention to release all the negative energy that has been dwelling in my energetic body,
Space,
And field.
God,
I set the intention to release this negative energy over to you,
Source,
God,
The universe,
With utmost love and grace.
God,
I no longer consent to hold on to this negative energy in my dwelling place.
From here on out,
I only consent to give my energy access to positive energy,
Unconditional love,
Light,
Peace,
And grace.
God,
I set a divine intention,
A petition to you.
Please allow me,
God,
To open myself up now and connect to you,
The creator,
Source,
And the divine universe.
I want to dwell in my highest self and my highest spiritual form.
I set the intention to let go now of all the negative energy that does not serve my highest self.
Breathing in now,
God,
I expel all forms of negative energy,
Low vibrational energy,
Heavy dark energy.
I release it into your hands now.
I send out any and all negative energy to the divine universe,
And I set a special intention that you,
God,
May take this negative energy and transmute it and convert it with unconditional love to a higher form of energy and a higher vibrational energetic frequency.
I pray,
God,
That you will take this energy I've been carrying and divinely transmute it and alchemizing it to a higher source of unconditional love energy.
I ask you to please divinely alchemize this using your unconditional love from source.
God,
I ask you now a special divine petition.
Please send me unconditional love and purifying light energy into my energetic body straight from source.
Please send me divine love now directly from the universe.
I set the intention to fill myself up,
My energetic body and my energetic space with pure unconditional divine love.
I fill myself up now.
I fill it to the brim,
Overflowing with your unconditional love and purifying peace.
God,
I set the intention.
Please bless me and please aid me in I transmute all the negative energy lingering within my energetic space,
And I divinely transmute it and convert it to a higher form of energy using God's unconditional love.
I open myself now to become a conduit.
A conduit only for God's divine unconditional love and light.
I intend now to divinely transmute all the negative energy within me and transmute it to unconditional love.
I convert all the energy in my energetic body now to the frequency of love.
I convert all energy dwelling within my energetic points,
My chakras,
And my energetic body,
And I convert it to pure divine love.
I do this by asking for God to send me unconditional love directly from source in the universe.
Take another deep breath in.
I visualize and I feel all the energy in my energetic body converting to pure white light.
All the energy in my body and my energetic field attunes to pure white light energy.
I set the intention to fully cast out all negative energy.
I cast it out in Jesus's name with love,
With grace,
And I send it to divine source in the universe where I ask God to please consider converting that negative energy to the highest energetic source possible,
Love.
I set the intention now to only dwell,
I only dwell in pure unconditional love and purifying light energy.
God,
I ask you that you please wrap me in your love today.
Please wrap me all around my body in pure white divine love.
Please send me unconditional love straight from the universe.
Send it to my energy directly from the universe now and throughout my day.
God,
I thank you.
I thank you for spending this time with me.
I thank you for allowing me to tap into my inner divinity,
The spark of your energy that connects me to you.
I thank you God for spending time with me in this moment by allowing me to connect to the divine.
I love you God so,
