Welcome to a guided visualization and breathing journey.

Let's begin by visualizing yourself at the beach at night.

You're sitting down looking at the waves crashing in on the shore.

And above the horizon are the stars which are exceptionally bright.

Now let's begin by breathing through our mouth on rhythm with the music while relaxing our body.

Allow your breath to be like a wave in and out.

Breathe deep and fully fill your lungs with air.

Continue your rhythmic breaths.

Inhale as deep as possible and let go by exhaling and relaxing.

Keep breathing and keep visualizing the beach.

Keep breathing rhythmically,

Powerfully while relaxing your body simultaneously.

Continue to breathe deep.

Now inhale as much as you can and hold your breath.

You can slowly exhale and go right back into rhythmic breathing.

Continue to relax your body while breathing as deep as you can rhythmically and powerfully.

Continue to breathe.

Now take a deep breath and hold your breath.

Now slowly exhale.

Let your breath go back to normal and allow it to be automatic.

Relax your body but continue to keep your concentration and focus at the beach.

As you look up into the sky and see the stars,

You feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude.

You realize that the universe outside of you is the same as it is inside of you.

Allow the universe to nurture you,

To cradle you,

To love you in this present moment and let gratitude fill your heart with joy and acceptance.

You are exactly where you need to be.

As you look up into the night sky,

You see a shooting star that seems to be coming closer and closer to you.

The clearer the star becomes,

The clearer the image becomes and you soon see that the star is in fact Archangel Michael,

The bringer of light.

Michael lands right in front of you and presents his sword of fire.

The fire warms you and comforts you so you can feel at peace and cradled by all the light beings and God's love which is in everything.

Sitting in front of Archangel Michael gives you a sense of peace,

Comfort,

Strength and compassion.

As you connect with Archangel Michael's energy,

You begin feeling confident and secure.

Michael gives you an item and you receive it with your left hand.

This item represents something that you need in this moment.

You thank Michael and see him fly away into the night sky.

Gratitude fills your heart.

Notice that everything is perfect and you are loved infinitely.
