What would you recommend as ego work? So my opinion is that your ego is your mind and it is sometimes out of alignment with your heart. So your heart tells you what you want and what you desire and what you see for yourself in life and then your mind tells you how difficult it is and all the the hardships that you're gonna have to get over and oh this is gonna be a doozy this is gonna be difficult. So how do you do ego work? Learn to talk to your mind. Start to talk to your thoughts as if they are separate from you. Because they are. They are separate from you. You are not your thoughts. So catch yourself. Catch yourself when you start to think how in the hell is this gonna happen? When is this gonna happen? How am I gonna gather all these things that I need to make this happen? It's a joke. It's a joke. It's just your mind is so powerful and it's like okay what can I relate this to? I love this like gifted children right? Have you guys ever seen a kid who is just so brilliant and they act a fool in the classroom right? That's like your mind. Your mind has all these gifts but it's bored so it's trying to take control of everything else. So it's trying to like dictate your life and keep you safe and tell you that you have to be protected in this way in this way. So first you have to develop a relationship with your mind with your ego. This is what I believe the ego is. I haven't learned this anywhere. It's just what I've discovered from life experience. So the more you're able to catch your mind when it's doing something and then give it a game to play right? Say well how many words can you come up with that make me feel abundant and energized and like I have everything that I want you know? Take your mind, Catch it when it's doing the negative thing that doesn't serve your heart's desire and then give it a new task. Does that make sense? I like that. I like that question.
