Today I will share with you a mantra practice to connect to Ma,

Mother,

The Goddess,

The feminine energy that is within us and externally out in the world,

Mother Nature.

Connecting to Ma connects us to the Mother within and reminds us that we are held,

We are supported and we are so deeply loved to be wildly who we want to be.

So you can listen along or you can chant with me.

It will be a simple chant of Jaya Ma.

Let's go inter I'm feeling the energy in the body,

Whether you chanted along or just listened,

Feeling the vibration of Ma,

The mother that holds us all.
