Welcome to our Limitless Potential Meditation.
This meditation is meant to support you in connecting to your limitless potential.
We are only limited by the beliefs and the stories,
The conditionings that have been taught to us.
But underneath it all,
It's infinite.
So let's dive in.
Come into a comfortable seat,
Cross-legged or spine against the wall,
Maybe laying down.
And arrive with the breath.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Taking a few rounds of cleansing breath.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale out the mouth.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale out the mouth.
Last time,
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale out the mouth.
Lying into the space of your internal landscape,
Your internal home.
And with your awareness on the breath,
First notice the infinite potential to breathe in the present moment.
There is not a cap on how many inhales and exhales you can have.
There is no glass ceiling with breathing.
And there is no glass ceiling within yourself.
I like to think of that concept more like a cardboard box.
It seems black,
Right?
The limitations seem like we won't be able to bust through.
We won't be able to break through.
And the idea of glass makes it seem like we'll never get to the other side.
What if it's just some flimsy cardboard that's disguised as this sturdy boundary that's just as flimsy and just as easily able to be broken through?
So I invite you to imagine and hear all that is stopping you.
The stories,
The limitations,
The external control.
Notice the most present.
Maybe it's a feeling of not being good enough,
Not being able,
Not feeling lovable.
Whatever is surfacing for you,
Whatever limitation externally has presented itself,
Notice it.
Say hello,
Dear friend.
Here we are again.
Imagine now this story,
This limitation.
Imagine it as an object in your hands.
What is the object?
Don't think about it too much.
Maybe it's just the words,
Maybe it's a weight,
Paperweight.
Now witnessing the story outside of you,
Not who you are,
Just an aspect of your experience.
.
.
Not your infinite truth.
Let's take a few deep breaths,
Noticing this belief outside of you.
How does it feel if that wasn't you?
How would it feel to no longer be weighed down in this way?
How would it feel to be free?
And now the weight,
The word,
Whatever the object in the hands turns into sand.
Starts to drift and sprinkle out of your hands,
Feeling the sensations of the sand dropping away.
And now in your hands,
There's lightness.
Visioning yourself looking up and seeing darkness.
Oh,
But there is a glimmer,
A crack in the darkness with subtle light shining through.
Subtle light reminding you of the light that's always in the darkness.
Imagine yourself shoot straight up out of your seat,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
And you bust through that darkness.
It was just a cardboard box.
You bust through and now your being is floating in the infinite,
Floating in this white light space.
Notice how the breath is here.
Notice how wherever you look,
There's infinite possibilities.
Infinite possibilities.
This,
Dear one,
This is your true nature.
This infinite being.
The more we see ourselves,
Feel ourselves as this,
The more magic we can experience on this human plane.
Imagine your whole being engulfed in this white light energy with the sensation of floating.
Taking a few deep breaths there.
You,
Dear one,
Are infinite.
Just as you may tell a child that they can do whatever they want,
They can make anything happen.
You can too.
We are still children inside of these adult bodies.
We still need to be told that we can have and do anything because just opening the door to the possibilities welcomes,
Allows the universe to provide those possibilities.
You are just simply a limitless being that's been limited by this human experience.
That's okay.
Repeating to yourself,
I am limitless beyond measure.
I am limitless beyond measure.
I am limitless beyond measure.
I am limitless beyond measure.
I am limitless beyond measure.
Walk through your day or through your evening holding this energy.
Knowing you can come back to this meditation anytime you need to be reminded of your infinite.
