This meditation is meant to help you with any physical and emotional healing.

In this meditation,

The power of healing frequencies are combined with subliminal messages to reach deep into your subconscious mind to instill healing thoughts.

Your mind is the most powerful tool and it contributes greatly to your healing process.

During this meditation,

Your mind is going to be fueled with positive thoughts to encourage greater healing within your body and mind.

As you focus your mind on healing,

You can drift effortless into a deeply soothing sleep as your mind focuses its intention to heal and nourish your body.

Make yourself comfortable and ready for sleep.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Tense everything up and then release.

Do this a few times,

Tensing up your whole body and then gently release.

Now close your eyes.

Take a full deep breath in.

Then part the lips and slowly sigh it out of the mouth.

Allow yourself to surrender.

Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out of the mouth.

Letting your whole body become heavy as you sink into your bed,

Feeling fully supported.

This moment is just for you.

To relax.

To heal.

Breathing in and breathing out.

As thoughts arise,

Acknowledge them and then let them go.

Return to your breath.

Consciously slow your breathing down.

Breathing in prana,

Your life force.

Bringing in oxygen to every cell.

With every exhale,

Releasing stale air,

Negative energy and anything that no longer serves you.

This is my favorite “healing” meditation. So exquisitely well done. From the music that does not over power the words, to the soothing tone of your voice; but especially the carefully chosen words and phrases you spoke…….absolutely beautiful! Unique from so many other healing meditations.

This meditation felt like much more than simply reciting positive affirmations. Your words and how they were spoken felt more like prayers of gratitude, loving energy, Light and Love saturating and enlivening me. Such a benevolent, peaceful healing energy that I felt within.

Everything about this meditation exuded peace helping to calm my body and mind, and allowing me to drift off into a restful and restorative sleep. And, I also have listened to this in the morning. It is a beautiful way to start my day!
