Is a journey into relaxation.

To begin,

Find a place where you can either sit or lay down comfortably.

Close your eyes and just pause for a moment.

Notice your body.

Is there tightness?

Is there resistance?

Is there pain?

And breathe into those areas.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and then let it out from the mouth,

Perhaps even sighing out any tension.

Just letting go of whatever is weighing on your shoulders.

Take another deep breath in through the nose and let it out from your mouth.

Soften your facial expressions.

Soften the space between the brows.

Release the tongue from the top of your mouth.

Begin relaxing your muscles,

Becoming heavy and still.

Getting into the tight spots,

Creating space.

Bring your awareness to your breath and notice the flow.

Begin breathing in through the nose,

Counting to four as you breathe in,

Holding the breath for four seconds and then gently releasing from the nose for a count of eight.

Continuously repeating this.

As you breathe in,

Breathe into the belly,

Feeling the expansion.

And as you exhale,

Releasing all of the breath,

Hollowing out the belly,

Drawing the belly button down towards the spine and continuing the same flow throughout the rest of the meditation.

Feeling the thoughts that enter your mind,

Just notice,

Hold no attachments to those thoughts.

This is your time to relax.

Be still and peaceful in this present moment of now.

Stay present and at peace in this space I hold for you.

In knowing you are totally safe in this moment,

Giving yourself the gift of rest and the space to release any mental or physical stress.

Keep breathing,

Allowing each breath to take you deeper into a state of relaxation.

Feeling your body sinking deeper into the earth,

Becoming grounded in your body.

Take a deep inhale,

Creating more space in the rib cage and gently exhale,

Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

As you focus on your breath,

Notice the gentle cool air flowing in through your nose,

The sensations you feel in your body and the softness of your heart.

Take this time to fill up with gratitude in the knowing that in this moment of your life,

You are exactly where you are meant to be.

Paying attention to all the sensations in your body that are taking place.

As you exhale,

See if you can soften even more as you let go.

Breathing deeply and exhaling fully.

Continuing to breathe,

Just allowing your mind to settle.

Remember to stay acceptant of any thoughts,

Sensations or emotions that arise.

With no resistance,

Acknowledge that they are there and then simply exhale them out,

Letting them go.

As you truly allow yourself to be here,

Slowly drifting as if you're flowing into a cosmic river,

Releasing your need to control any thought,

Sensation or emotion.

As you trust in the journey of stillness,

The more fluid you will become.

With every breath,

Feeling your entire body growing more and more relaxed.

Just bringing your awareness to your breath.

Drifting off into space,

Allowing your breath to carry you deeper and deeper with softness and ease.

It's almost like you're trying to capture your owniertress dogs.

The absence of the heartfelt beat is so surprising, it awakens you from the trance better than an end-bell would! Ilove to breathe to this music, and the voice is helpful, offering reminders on technique and thought control.

This was beautiful! I went so deep. Her voice is stunning and the music in the background is very unusual for a meditation yet fitted perfectly. Thank you so much πŸ™
