Explore MeditationAnna Le Grange is a Lactation Consultant, Registered Nurse, Mindfulness teacher and Author. She has worked with new families for over 20 years in a variety of clinical and community settings. She brings her passion for psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness into her work with parents, supporting them to incorporate emotional well-being tools into their lives. In 2016 Anna founded The Mindful Breastfeeding School, teaching health professionals and birthworkers to incorporate mindfulness & relaxation tools into their lactation support practices. Anna lives in Cape Town, South Africa with her 3 children, husband and 2 dog, where she loves running wellbeing walks for new mothers. She is also studying for a MSc in Positive Psychology.
