I'm so glad you've chosen to take the next few moments here just for yourself.
To join in on this livestream meditation visualization.
And before we begin,
Find a place where you feel less comfortable and supported could be a seed.
It could be that you're lying down.
Whatever feels right for your body today.
Lean into that.
And if closing your eyes feels comfortable,
You're more than welcome to do that.
And if not,
That is totally okay.
Maybe allowing your gaze to gently soften and rest on a spot right in front of you.
Somewhere your eyes don't mind looking at for the next 10 minutes or so.
There's nowhere else you need to be or nothing else you need to do or achieve at this moment This time is simply an opportunity for you to pause,
To breathe.
And offer yourself a chance to connect within.
Start off by bringing your attention to your breath.
Notice the gentle rhythm of each of your breath in and each of your breath out.
There's no need to judge or to change your breath.
Or to make it different.
Trusting your body and your breath's own natural rhythm.
And allow yourself to be with each breath just as it comes and goes.
As you inhale with each breath,
You might think of the word calm.
And breathe that in.
And with each exhale.
.
.
Maybe try with the words letting go and exhale.
Allow yourself to soften with each breath.
Breathing in calm.
Breathing out with just a little bit more ease.
Know if it feels comforting.
Imagine a beautiful warm light resting above you.
This light carries nothing but warmth,
Kindness,
And compassion for you.
This light can be any color you want it to be.
No need for a picture of perfect light.
Simply allow yourself to imagine wherever feels peaceful Calm.
A soft glow of your preferred color.
A color that brings you comfort.
And as you breathe now imagine this gentle light gently flowing in from the top of your head,
Slowly through your body now.
It doesn't rush.
Simply arrives with your patience.
In your pace.
And as I surround your forehead,
It meets your eyes.
Maybe the warmth hits your cheeks,
Your jaws.
Offering these parts of you permission to soften as much as it wishes today.
Without force.
No desire to fix.
Nothing that needs to be different.
This life needs you.
Simply you being you.
Envision this light continue to drift gently down through to your neck and shoulders.
Notice the weight on your shoulders you've been carrying throughout today.
Or maybe even longer now Allow the light to meet this weight with kindness.
This light continues to flow down both of your arms and into your precious elbows,
Into your forearms,
Wrists,
And hands.
Now to the tips of all of your fingers.
As though every part of you is quietly being reminded.
That you are worth.
This light.
The warmth of this light continues.
And it meets your chest and your back.
This surrounds your heart.
And this light surrounds this part of you with compassion.
Nothing needs to change.
But just enough to notice.
You allow this warmth to continue.
To spread through to the lungs,
Your back and spine.
Maybe stomach and ribcages and every precious organ that works faithfully for you each day.
Without asking for anything in return.
Give your body a silent moment.
Give it things.
Now.
This light continues to flow into your seat muscles,
Down through your legs and knees,
Calves and ankles and your feet.
Reaching out to each of your precious toes.
Now your whole body is gently wrapped in this warm,
Compassionate light.
If there are places and spots in your body that still feels tight,
Heavy,
Tension.
Or discomfort.
That's okay.
The light asks nothing of them.
It simply stays with them.
Patiently and kindly.
Simply resting here.
Whatever is here is welcome.
Whatever is absent is welcome here too.
Allowing yourself to be exactly as you are.
Before we begin wrapping up this visualization today,
Take a moment to notice anything that feels maybe even slightly different or a lot different.
And what stayed the same.
Maybe nothing happened at all.
Whatever you notice.
Is perfectly okay.
Thank yourself for taking this time to show up for yourself today.
For offering yourself this small act of kindness and care.
As you're ready and only as you're ready,
Begin to notice the surfaces that are supporting you in this very moment.
Maybe with any gentle movements that feels supportive.
In the fingers,
Maybe in the toes.
Perhaps one slightly deeper breath.
And in your own pace,
Softly open your eyes if they were closed before.
Bring a sense of gentle compassion and perhaps steadiness with you to the rest of your day.
Thank you again for being here.
Continue to treat yourself with the kindness that you experienced here and hope you have a great day ahead.
Well done.
