Hello and welcome.
I am Angelique Adams and this is a healing experience with your angels of light and color.
It's so good to spend this time together.
And let's begin with some gentle breathing to slow down and to bring us into this moment in time.
And with each slow and gentle breath you take,
Imagine you're breathing into and out through your beautiful heart center.
We will use our powerfully creative imagination to awaken to a clearer awareness of our finer,
Brighter,
Lighter aspects of self.
Now using your powerful imagination,
You might notice that you are in a glorious garden beside a peaceful,
Quiet,
Calm and clear blue lake.
And you are enjoying the company of your angel friends.
They've invited you here to embark on a healing journey.
A journey of energetic realignment.
Body,
Mind and subtle anatomy.
And your guardian angel invites you to walk down to the lakeside with her.
You can feel the temperature on your feet and it's a perfect temperature.
And it feels very inviting.
Taking you by the hand,
Your angel leads you further into the magical,
Clear blue lake.
Until you're completely immersed,
Feeling safe.
And you begin to feel a deeper sense of relief and ease.
As stress,
Anxiety and any negative vibration begins to leave you and float away.
And you notice that you're feeling lighter and clearer now.
Enjoy a little time in the beautiful,
Clear blue waters of healing with your angel.
Give the intention to willingly let go of all that is not of your highest truth.
Your highest vibrational frequency.
And it feels so good as all the forms of pain and discomfort release from your body and from your mind.
All the levels of your mind.
Just letting go.
Feeling safe and loved and held by the angel of light and unconditional love.
And before you now,
Rising up and out of the water,
Emerges a crystalline stairway,
Disappearing up and up into the sky.
Holding hands with your angel,
You both step onto the crystalline stairway,
Stepping up higher and higher.
And you might notice that you're very light now.
You appear to be dressed in light.
In a flowing robe made from radiant light.
You're floating up the crystalline staircase,
Feeling lighter and brighter with every step you take.
Until you notice ahead of you an angel of great,
Shining radiance,
Inviting you into a most sacred place.
You can see the light of unconditional love filling a beautiful temple,
The temple of light.
And here there are magnificent light beings,
Radiant angels waiting just for you.
You feel very special.
And you know you are in a mystical,
Magical adventure.
And it feels so good.
Your guardian angel whispers into your mind that this is the temple of the rays of color,
Which stream from the very heart of creation.
In your light body,
You're invited to take your place within a stream of pure light coming from above.
And as you do,
Colors pour through,
Illuminating your light body.
And each of the magnificent rays is gifting its own unique truth from the heart of source.
It feels wonderful.
Full of light.
Wonderful.
Full of wonder.
And you know deep within you that this is a very powerful healing time.
You are becoming even more radiant.
Spend some time now,
Some quiet time,
In this radiance of the rays.
Your guardian angel places her hands on your sacred heart center.
And you are instantly back in your beautiful,
Clear,
Strong and healthy body beside the lake.
Everything around you is glowing.
Everything in the beautiful garden is glowing.
And you become aware that you are one of a circle of angels.
And standing together in this circle,
You each open your heart to the flow of gracious golden light that is now filling the circle.
As you breathe into this fine mist of golden light,
It expands to encompass the entire garden and the entire lake.
And with each breath that you take,
The golden light expands further until you are all immersed in the light of the entire universe.
This is such a gracious experience.
And know that you are gifting the light of unconditional love to all of creation.
Take a moment to enjoy this luxurious feeling.
Your beloved angel gently places one hand on the back of your neck and the other on the back of your heart chakra between your shoulder blades.
And instantly you are back in your body,
Radiant and shining.
You feel as though you have been filled with the energy of grace.
Take the time to thank all of the beings who were with you on this radiant adventure into your own divine nature.
And breathe yourself back into your physical body now,
More aware of the lighter,
Finer aspects of you.
More aware now of how you can call on the light that you are in your daily life.
And when you feel ready,
Move your fingers and move your toes.
And gently flutter open your eyes.
You might want to take the time to record anything that was important to you.
