Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Allow yourself to relax into this moment.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a lagoon.

Feel the warm sand beneath your feet and the gentle breeze caressing your skin.

The water is crystal clear,

Reflecting the colors of the sky above.

Visualize the natural beauty of the lagoon with its shimmering waters and peaceful surroundings.

With each breath that you take,

Feel yourself becoming more present in this magical place.

Allow yourself to be fully immersed in the beauty and tranquility of the lagoon.

Take a few moments to breathe deeply and soak in the atmosphere.

Now slowly step into the lagoon,

Feeling the cool water enveloping your body,
