Take a deep breath through your nose and smoothly release the air through your mouth.
Feel your belly and chest up as you inhale deeply.
When you release the air through your mouth,
Free your body of all energy accumulated during the night.
Take a deep breath once again through your nose and hold your breath at its peak for a few seconds.
Release the air through your mouth and let go all worries,
Bad thoughts,
Negative thoughts.
When you breathe out again,
Take with you good feelings.

Put your hands together and open them forming a triangle and put it on your forehead where your third eye is.
Feel the emanation of love,

Light and gratitude coming from the earth and filling all your body.
Let yourself feel a shining light reaching your forehead and going all over your body.
As this energy passes through your body,
Your body expand.
Bring your hands back to the previous position.
Inhale deeply through your nose and release the air through your mouth.
