In our life experience,
It's natural to sometimes feel that we are stuck.
And sometimes we don't know how to continue.
We feel like we have hit a dead end.
And we can't seem to find the answers and we don't know what to do.
And so in this point of our lives,
It's very important and beautiful to recognize the nature of life within us.
It's to be able to make peace with this experience of stagnation.
It's to first not fight with it.
First we must recognize that this is natural,
That it is part of our life experience.
And that even that stagnation is there with a purpose.
And when we encounter an experience that is outside of our comfort zone,
It's very beautiful to be able to recognize that something good is being born there.
Because it is in that point where the true thing that will impulse us in evolution will be born from there.
Because if we look well in all of creation,
Everything that exists serves for something.
Everything.
Even the chaos is there with a purpose in this creation.
And always in this chaos,
Something new is being born for our life.
And when we begin to recognize our stagnation as the opportunity for rebirth,
To change the route,
It's a language that is showing us that there is something better on the way.
But what do we do in that moment?
What happens naturally is that this stagnation begins to drain a lot of our energy.
And so the first thing that we must do is to stop draining our energy.
Because in life everything functions with energy.
When I don't have energy,
That's where I begin to feel trapped.
And life doesn't flow.
The money doesn't flow.
My relationships don't flow.
And the natural healing of our body doesn't occur.
Because where we are experiencing the stagnation is precisely in our mind.
And here it's very important to pay attention to the story that we are telling ourselves in our head.
Because that story is the one that is creating a reality around this.
When we repeat to ourselves that it doesn't work out,
That I'm not good,
That good things don't happen to me.
And that story that we tell ourselves is the one that is draining our energy.
And in this point comes a powerful act on this earth in this life.
Our ancestors called it to pray.
And by prayer they meant to place a beautiful thought from the heart.
And this means that what I think feels beautiful.
Because what I think is what I am giving power to.
That is my choice.
If I am always directing my thoughts towards chaos and lack,
That is my choice.
And creation,
God,
The universe,
Respects that choice.
And that becomes my life experience.
This is not a theory.
It is a design of creation.
And all of us have experienced it.
And so when we see ourselves trapped in the stories of frustration,
And laugh.
There is no problem.
This is natural.
This is part of it.
Those thoughts are not my enemy.
It is simply flowing through me.
And I let it pass.
I don't trap it.
Because if I trap it,
That is the stagnation.
When I trap and hold on to the fear,
The hatred,
The frustration,
The pain,
And I feed it,
And I feed it,
Then I am becoming stagnant.
And here is where comes the great opportunity to think in another way,
Or to simply not continue to feed that.
I direct my energy in another way.
And that is why our elders spoke about praying.
Of going to the heart.
To think beautifully.
And to give that experience that we are having in that moment to the creator of life.
But we give it to that power truthfully.
Because these stories come back.
But I don't trap them.
I remember that I gave them to the source to a greater power.
And I focus on something else that feels more pleasant.
I can sing or cook a meal or exercise.
Or I get in the tub with Epsom salts,
With incense and music.
I can journal or write.
There's always something else that I can do besides depositing my energy in the chaos.
And here a door begins to open.
Through which something new begins to be born.
Because everything is very simple.
My life experience depends on what is my directionality and what am I giving power to.
That which I give power to,
That is what grows.
And that is why a prayer always goes first.
Because sometimes it's difficult.
And I don't know how.
And that is when I lean on a greater power.
And that greater power is pure love.
That is unconditional.
And since it is unconditional,
It does not demand anything from me.
It doesn't demand my faith.
It's simply for me to have the intention and the humility to give it to that greater power.
Even without faith sometimes,
That power receives that which I am giving to it.
Get back again from the hands of the creator.
Because that power respects my choice.
If I take these things back again and I continue to feed the stories again,
The creative fountain of life respects my choice.
I am the one that must be responsible for my own life.
I choose what to do with this power that is placed for all of us.
And I always have two options.
One,
To stay feeding the density.
And it's okay.
Also,
Through the density comes the suffering,
And through that suffering I also receive blessings.
Because that suffering with time also makes me more humble.
It makes me more grateful.
With time,
It makes me a better person.
And it also makes me stronger.
But I can choose a different path.
And that path is to learn to go to the heart.
And to recognize that to go to the heart is to go to the source of well-being.
Because our heart is what correlates with our ego.
In the ego there is density,
And in the heart there is the peace,
The well-being,
And the beauty.
And so when I think beautifully and I give thanks,
When I tell myself a new story of beauty and blessings,
I am in my heart.
And everything begins to become clear.
And what it's about,
To get out of stagnation,
Is to create new habits of thinking with humility.
So that we can give it to a greater power,
For that power to take me as an instrument.
But in the meantime,
For everything that I want to happen,
I do what I can do within my possibilities,
Without forcing anything.
I open myself to have a good time.
I enjoy the simple,
Small things.
I enjoy my own company.
But my ego will always be speaking,
Telling me why am I lying to myself.
But that is illusory.
I simply do it in the consciousness to not drain my energy.
Because every time that I am in my ego thinking and feeding those stories of density,
I am making an interference with the natural flow of creation.
Always placing love first.
Placing the care and the love with our own experience even though it seems dense.
And in this way I stop being my own worst enemy.
And I become my primary ally.
And when that happens,
All of that stagnation became my opportunity to grow and to evolve.
And to evolve is nothing more than to move with more love on this earth.
