What does it mean to follow your heart?
Our heart is the fountain of all well-being.
It is the portal between the subtle dimension in which the Spirit vibrates and the frequency that we are in.
To follow our heart is to be an instrument of the love of God.
To follow our heart is to be an instrument of creation.
All of creation is an instrument of love.
It is simply that when we follow our heart,
We become witnesses that we are in a greater part of creation that is instruments of love.
That means that our life begins to flow in a natural rhythm,
That our life goes without so much effort.
When we begin to follow our heart,
Everything begins to go into place,
Everything begins to flow harmoniously and begins to synchronize itself in harmony.
Becoming a witness of the miracle that is happening in every moment,
In every instant in this life,
In this creation.
Our heart remembers everything that is written and is destined for us.
Which is why when we were children that we wished for certain things or we had dreams.
It didn't require even faith or a never-ending battle as the world seems to make us believe so.
Just for the mere fact that we desire something from our heart,
It's already on its way to us or it's already given to us.
And that happens in all the different aspects.
How many experiences have we had in our life that we have wished for them from our heart?
How many things do we have in our life that we just wanted them from our heart?
He can tell us that when we wish for something from our heart,
It's not a wish.
It's a memory of what is already there for us.
It's incredibly beautiful.
It's so beautiful that it's hard to believe,
But it's the truth that is the most beautiful manifestation of love in our life.
So what does that mean?
That everything that I wish for is already there for me.
If I wish for it from my heart,
It doesn't require faith.
Simply to create a vision with humility,
With gratitude and happiness,
Giving or treating it as a fact that this is already there for us.
How many beautiful trips have we had that we used to only wish for them from our heart?
How many different people,
How many different places have we seen and met?
All of that we used to wish for that simply just like that from our heart.
So this is the new era of the heart.
It's a time so we can enter in the synchronicity of our heart.
That doesn't cost anything.
It's a supreme gift.
It's to change the synchronicity or the frequency.
It's the frequency that goes from the mind to the heart.
It's a frequency in which you feel joy,
You feel delight and you feel gratefulness.
And just as the universe is designed,
That it does everything through repetition.
The day and the night,
The day and the night and that repeats eternally on this earth.
The earth rotates around the sun in the same direction as it rotates in its own axis.
