Welcome to your feminine intuition meditation.
Today we are going to be exploring how you can start to make decisions that are more connected to your body,
To your truth,
And to your emotions,
Instead of decisions that are ruled by your mind and more of the masculine,
Logical way of thinking.
When we make intuitive based decisions,
It helps to bring us more into alignment with who we really are and to create a life that is in alignment with our soul.
From this place of alignment,
You can start to feel that sense of joy and freedom and aliveness.
So before we drop into this meditation space together,
I want to invite you to think of a decision that you have been challenged with,
A decision that maybe has felt confusing or brought up some fear for you,
And as you tune into what that decision is,
I want you to think about a couple of different pathways that you could go with that decision.
So perhaps you are looking to change your career or you're looking to make a decision in a relationship,
And you want to tune into what is going to be in the highest alignment for you.
So start to think about a couple of different pathways,
A couple of different options that could be your next steps,
And we're going to bring that into our meditation.
So I'll invite you to close your eyes,
And as you do so,
Start to notice the natural rhythm of your breath as the inhales slowly move through your body all the way down into your belly,
And as the exhales allow your shoulders to soften and melt.
Another deep,
Slow,
Nourishing inhale,
And a soft,
Smooth exhale,
And one more,
This time breathing into your heart space,
Feeling the expansion in your heart,
Feeling your connection to your truth,
And exhale to release.
Now I want you to imagine that you are walking down a path in nature,
Feeling your bare feet on the ground,
Feeling the earth with each and every step.
As you take these steps forward,
You feel rooted and anchored into yourself.
You start to look around and see all of the beautiful colors.
You feel the warm breeze on your skin,
And you start to feel even more relaxed and centered.
Up ahead,
You see that the path that you're on starts to split in two different directions,
And as you get to the edge of the path,
You stand there and close your eyes.
You put your hands on your body,
And you take another deep inhale,
And a smooth exhale.
And now,
Looking down the path to your left,
This is one option that you could be moving forward with,
With your decision.
Perhaps this option is to stay in the relationship that you're in,
Or to stay in the job that you're in.
Without too much thinking,
I want you to stay connected to your body,
And start to tune in to what this option feels like.
Does it feel expansive?
Does it feel light?
Does it feel inspiring?
Or does it feel heavy and contractive?
Tuning in for another moment,
Staying with that sensation in your body.
And then coming back to center,
Now looking down the pathway to the right.
As you look down this pathway,
You see the second option.
This option could be to make a change in your career,
To leave a relationship,
To try something new that you haven't tried before.
And as you feel into this option,
Again connecting to your body and the sensations,
Does it feel expansive?
Does it feel light?
Does it feel inspiring?
Or does it feel heavy and contractive?
Just feeling into those sensations,
Breathing in,
Exhaling out,
And coming back to center.
Just trusting in those sensations without letting the mind take over,
Without worrying how you're going to make that decision or how it's going to pan out.
Just staying connected to what feels true and alive as you explore both of these options.
And then imagining that you are starting to walk back down the path that you came from,
Again feeling the earth beneath your feet.
Each step of the way,
Moving slowly and gently.
Perhaps this time walking back with more clarity,
More ease,
More trust.
And then coming back into your physical body,
Where you're sitting right now,
Noticing your posture,
Noticing your breath,
And gently opening your eyes,
Coming back into the space that you're in.
If you have a journal nearby,
I invite you to grab that and write down what you noticed in the sensations in your body as you explored both of these options,
Remembering that you can trust your intuition,
You can trust these sensations,
That you know what is right for you.
And as you continue to listen to this inner guidance,
You will find that your decisions become more easeful,
That you don't need to overthink them every time.
So after you've taken some time to journal,
The next step is to write down some actions,
Some baby steps that you can take to move in the direction that you want to go.
