Explore MeditationAmy is a Feminine Embodiment Coach certified by the School of Embodied Arts, Maiden to Mother Rites of Passage guide, Menstruality Mentor trained by the Red School, and cacao practitioner certified by Keith's Cacao. She also holds a master's degree in public health, and is a former fashion industry executive, group fitness instructor, community health worker, and traveler. Her journey back to the divine feminine and the Great Mother began with the transition to midlife and motherhood. The teachings and practices of the divine feminine, ancient rites of passage, somatic therapy, and menstrual cycle awareness have aided her through these transitions, and have helped her heal from chronic insomnia, autoimmune diseases, depression, and stress. She is dedicated to sharing the gifts of this work and is honored to hold space for all to reconnect with the wisdom that lies within the body. When she's not with her husband and two girls, she's probably barefoot hiking in the woods or sitting at the heart of a tree sipping cacao.
