
Drop In To The Body

In this brief meditation, we'll descend within and explore the internal felt senses - the language of our body. Through this simple practice, we bring the energy down from the mind and into the body in order to calm our nervous system and access the wellspring of wisdom that lies within. Our bodies are always trying to communicate with us in some way, but our culture has driven our attention outside of us. By checking in with and feeling these internal senses, we can build a deeper sense of safety in our bodies and in the world, harness the power of our inner resources, and gain clarity of our desires and boundaries. This practice is for everyone, and when done often, you will embody a greater sense of flow and ease in all aspects of your life.
