When arriving home after your day,
It is important to transition into a space of healing and release.
This short meditation will permit a sweet and fluid transition into your evening.
Our journey begins by finding a space where you can get comfortable and take a few moments of me-time.
Take a deep breath,
Exhaling slowly to release the day's tension.
Let your breath flow in its natural rhythm.
Maybe you notice your breath is getting stuck somewhere along its travels into your body or when exiting your body.
Just notice this sensation and invite each breath to slowly and gently fill these areas.
Your breath is a gentle stream of soothing light,
Flowing,
Washing away stress,
Fatigue,
And worries.
Each breath melting away the tightness,
Stagnation,
Stiffness.
Is your body becoming more responsive to your breath?
Filling and releasing?
Maybe becoming a bit lighter?
More at ease?
Much like a sunset,
Your breath creates a warm you around your body.
As our journey comes to an end,
Begin to bring your attention back to your body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Maybe let out a big sigh and slowly open your eyes.
Carry this sense of calm relaxation into the rest of your evening.
