Explore MeditationAmber began her yoga journey in 2011 in Israel when she was 19, she practices and studies; Meditation, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyneger and Yin along with Vipassana, Qi Gong, holistic therapies such as Cranio-sacral, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Mobility and Sound. She aspires to learn as much as she can, from all styles, teachings and techniques related to yoga and meditation, in order to create a great toolbox to support others, and herself in transforming suffering. Amber sees yoga as a spiritual way to use the physical body in order to tap deeper into one's soul, and clear the mind while healing her/his body. Yoga for her is a daily practice, on and off the mat, of how to be, how to live more lovingly, kindly, and compassionately with all living beings. She is hosting retreats, workshops, events, classes and private sessions around the world and have supported hundreds of people in her offerings. Amber participated in a number of Vipassana courses and serving, Teacher trainings/ courses/ workshops of asana /pranayama /philosophy with great teachers such as; Maty Ezraty, Matthew Sweeney, AG & Indra Mohan, Mark Robberds as well as a deep practice with many great teachers from Israel such as Shirley Caspi, Sharon Kanor, Nancy Gardush, Galia Kornfeld, Eden Gershon, and a Yin Yoga TT with Noga Weiss. Amber is also trained in Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Peter Hess Sound Massage and Sound Bath facilitation.
