Hi and welcome to this deep healing sleep meditation,

Thoughtfully designed to guide you into a state of rest,

Relaxation and healing so that you can embrace a restorative and rejuvenating sleep tonight.

As you settle in,

Make any adjustments as you need.

Let your body become really comfortable,

Gently feel your head upon your pillow,

Feeling your arms by your side or maybe on your belly and surrender into comfort.

Allow your legs to be heavy,

Let your feet relax,

This is your moment to release.

To let your body and mind unwind and to invite the healing energy of the night to wash over you.

As your eyes are resting,

Bring your awareness to the present moment,

Focusing on the breath,

Leaving behind the external world and embracing this time of restoration and self-care.

Now take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely,

Exhaling slowly,

Letting go of any remnants of today's stresses,

Inhaling the serenity of this moment and as you exhale,

Create a serene space within yourself,

A space for healing and tranquility.

If you feel that your mind starts to wander,

Simply bring your awareness back to the breath and remember,

In this very moment,

There is no need to do,

Complete or achieve anything but a deep,

Peaceful rest.

Just grant yourself this time,

This moment to just be present in the here and now.

Now feel the softness of the bed beneath you and let your body melt into this surface.

With each breath,

You sink into the bed a little deeper,

All your concerns of today and yesterday and tomorrow are now set aside as you embrace this deep sense of peace and stillness.

Feel the gentle pull of gravity inviting you deeper into your bed,

Anchoring you,

Making you feel safe and supported.

With each exhale,

See yourself sinking deeper and deeper into the loving embrace of your bed,

Letting go and releasing any remaining tension and tightness.

Feel your body growing heavier with each breath.

Now bring your awareness to your feet,

Notice where your feet touch the bed or the sheets,

And visualize a warm,

Soothing sensation enveloping your toes,

Melting away any tension.

Let this comforting feeling travel up through your feet,

With each breath,

Imagine this sensation gliding up your thighs,

Continue to allow this warm sensation to travel up your body,

Now ascending into your hips and glutes,

Melting away any tension.

Expand this sensation into your abdomen and relaxing all the muscles and organs within this area.

Feel this soothing warmth now wrapping around your ribs and chest area,

Enfolding your heart and lungs with serenity.

Feel your shoulders soften and letting go,

Shedding any burdens they may carry.

Relaxing each individual finger,
