Take a deep breath in through the nose and just allow the breath to fall out naturally through your open mouth.
And as you invite the breath in,
Notice as the air travels through your nostrils,
Expands your lungs,
Notice how your stomach rises on the in-breath and how it falls on the out-breath.
And just continue to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Not forcing the breath,
Just allowing it to do its own thing at its own pace.
Connect with your heart.
Notice its beat and notice how it slows as you become more and more relaxed.
