Welcome.

Find a comfortable position to relax,

Whatever that might look like for you right now.

Welcoming your energy and your body and your heart,

Wherever you are.

Feeling and noticing your breath.

Not trying to change it.

Just following and guiding it with your attention.

Filling up with air.

Emptying out gently.

If you'd like and if it feels comfortable for you today,

You can deepen that breath a little bit,

Expanding the belly and the heart.

Silently exhaling through the mouth.

Inhaling through the nose,

Filling up,

Breathing to where you feel good.

Exhaling slowly at the mouth.

Maybe pausing at the bottom,

At the top of the mouth,

At the top of your breath.

Inhaling up,

Pause.

Don't hold the pause,

Just be suspended in between the inhale and the exhale.

Take two more deep breaths together with this.

Just inhaling to where it feels comfortable and expansive.

Pause for a moment at the top.

Exhale slowly at the mouth,

Silently.

Pausing at the bottom,

Feeling what it's like to be empty.

Inhaling up,

Pausing,

Experiencing what it's like to be full of breath.

For now,

You can allow your breath to go back to normal.

Its own soft,

Gentle rhythm.

Now,

I'd like you to visualize a ball of energy at the base of your spine.

You get to choose the color,

The texture,

The size of this ball.

Visualize the light at the base of your spine.

Visualize the light at the base of your spine.

Take a moment to sit and feel into this energy.

Maybe notice,

Is the color brighter or duller?

Is there a smooth feeling or a vibration feeling?

Holding that energy in the base of your spine,

Pull that light into your feet.

Again,

Maybe the color will change as you tap into different parts of your body.

Maybe the size and the texture of the ball will change.

Draw your attention and your breath down into your feet.

You can let go of any tension you might be holding there.

Draw that light and that energy up into your ankles.

Again,

Feeling and sensing for any color.

Maybe a change in temperature.

Now,

Draw that energy and that light up into your calves.

Holding energy and space for both sides of our bodies as we relax and deepen into them.

Drawing these balls of energy up into your knees,

Left and right.

On the inhale,

Expanding into that space and on the exhale,

Releasing any tension.

Practicing non-judgment,

Allowing whatever experience is available to you right now.

Drawing the balls of light up into your thighs,

Allowing the inhale to expand the energy into this body part.

And exhaling,

Allow the front of your thighs to release any tension,

Any energy,

Any emotion you might be holding there.

Focusing on the backs of the thighs now,

Filling up with that light,

A color.

On the inhale,

Expanding that energy.

And on the exhale,

Releasing any tension,

Allowing the relaxation to be.

Drawing that energy up now into your pelvis and your glutes.

Relaxing your pelvic floor.

Drawing that energy up into your chest.

Drawing that energy up into your chest.

Relaxing your glutes,

Relaxing your pelvic floor.

Noticing any energy that might be now available to you as you relax and release any tension at any holding.

Letting the light swirl and fill up the bowl of your pelvis,

Relaxing into your low belly,

Your low back.

Light gently guides its way up into your ribs,

Your middle back.

Drawing up the spine,

Into your heart space.

Feeling into your chest.

Maybe feel the beating of your heart in your chest.

Maybe today you're feeling more emotional.

Just heart energy,

Filling up that space with light,

With color.

Allowing the energy to split again into two balls,

One for the left side of your shoulder,

One for the right side.

Allow the energy to draw down your arms,

Releasing and relaxing any tension.

Noticing your body.

And allow the energy to pool in the palms of your hands.

Feel into your hands,

Filling up and expanding that energy in your hands on the inhale and on the exhale,

Releasing any tension you might be holding,

The small little muscles in our hands.

Shifting the energy now up into your throat.

The back of your neck,

The base of your neck,

Pooling the energy there.

Allowing the shoulders to drop away from the ears,

Noticing if you're holding tension there.

Drawing the energy up into your jaw.

Relaxing the throat,

Relaxing all the little muscles around your ears,

Filling up with light.

Buzzing,

Feeling the electricity.

Relaxing all the little muscles around your nose and eyes.

Releasing any tension you might be holding in your forehead,

Through your eyebrows.

Relaxing your scalp,

Filling up with light.

As you sit,

Relay.

See your body filled with light.

Allow the sounds to wash over you.

Listen deeply so you can hear.
