Here is a little fun mindful visualization exercise to keep with you.
You pick up speed when you move with the current.
Resistance to the winds you wish to ride upon could cause restrictions and limitations.
Let's begin with how do you think or feel traveling at the speed of the wind current feels like?
Could you imagine how you would take that feeling and flow with it?
When anything comes up,
Write it down.
Take a deep breath in and through your diaphragm,
Expanding.
Exhale out,
Contracting your diaphragm.
Do this a few times to sit into your center and release unwanted tension in your body.
Do it for as long as you need to get into the rhythm and space of ease.
Relax and flow with your breathing.
Now close your eyes and imagine a space,
A screen in your mind's eye that is becoming brighter and brighter in your vision.
Feel the flying into the sky and feel the wind current picking you up.
Feel the speed of the wind pushing you there,
Somewhere,
Wherever you wish.
How does this wind feel like?
Keep flowing until you find a vision of what you desire right now,
A picture of the direction that is calling you.
Right now is what you are looking to change.
What do you see?
What do you hear?
How far did your imagination take you?
Was it easy or hard to do?
Visualizations take practice.
Don't let your expectations get the best of you.
It is simply daydreaming and flow.
Be in trust with yourself and relax.
