This exercise is about expanding our horizons and our imagination into the possible unknown.

Could we shift our perspectives and attention to relearn what we thought we knew for a moment and take ourselves into a sacred space where the wonders lead to what is possible?

This imagination exercise could support our new journey and expanding our beliefs and how we choose to live.

We may have some old thoughts,

Doubts and beliefs show up.

Become aware of what is showing up.

Allow yourself to expand outwards into this field of potentiality.

Take a moment to relax and get comfortable.

Release tension around your body.

Hold your shoulders.

Drop your jaw and relax your face.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Take another deep breath in and exhale out.

Dropping your shoulders and relaxing once again your entire body.

You could leave your eyes open or wish to close them and get into a meditation.

We are going to redefine what you feel life should look like.

As you close your eyes or leave your eyes open,

Gaze somewhere like a daydream.

Falling into an unfocused with your eyes and drift into the unknown.

See a vision of how you want your life to look like right now.

Right now is where everything matters.

There is no hoping,

Only knowing.

At this moment,

What is it that you wish for yourself?

Gaze further.

Take another deep breath in and exhale.

Relaxing your mind and your body.

What does this vision feel like from your viewpoint?

How do you feel?

How does your body feel?

Are you still tense?

Are you relaxed?

Could you now envision what you truly want your life to look like?

How do you truly want to feel right now?

Remember what you see and how this is making you feel.

You are more than deserving of everything you are seeing.

What is seeking you is right here.

The frequency you have immersed yourself in is the frequency of creation.

Hold this vision and remember what this is.

What it feels like.

What your desires are for you and your life.

If you have closed your eyes,

You can slowly open them.

And now simply jot down your visions and note anything you felt.
