Find yourself in a comfortable seat or laying down on your back.

I will sing and chant the Gayatri Mantra ten times,

Inviting a divine connection between us and the universe,

Offering ourselves a layer of protection,

Offering ourselves to meditate in the light of the universe.

Close your eyes if you haven't done so already.

Take nice deep breaths as I chant the Gayatri Mantra.

Found through breath,

Found through the Gayathri Mantra,

Found through meditation.

Thank yourself for taking the time to be present,

To offer yourself this care,

And to ground yourself down for the rest of your day.

Slowly open your eyes,

Setting a soft gaze.
