This is a guided meditation for the Solar Plexus Chakra.
In this meditation,
First we will ground and center ourselves.
And then we will go through a visualization that will help us connect to and begin to balance and heal our Solar Plexus Chakra.
Finally,
We will go through a set of healing affirmations that are paired along with the Bija Mantra,
Which is the sound of the Solar Plexus Chakra.
Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Take some time to come fully into this space.
Let yourself be completely here in this present moment.
Take some time to scan through your body,
Seeing if you notice any obvious places of tension.
And if you come across any places of tension,
Give them permission to release and soften.
Let any stress melt away.
Begin to breathe deeply from the very bottom of the belly,
Breathing in and out.
Notice how the belly rises and falls with each inhale and exhale.
Let's repeat this.
Take a full breath in through the nose and exhale and release,
Allowing even more tension to dissipate,
To leave your body.
You might imagine the subtle feel of a smile at your mouth and bring that feeling of a smile into your heart center.
Just notice how this feels.
See if you can find a sense of letting your hips sink towards the ground,
Relaxing into the pull of gravity,
Grounding your energy toward the earth.
Take a few deep breaths,
Breathing from the bottom of the belly and exhale.
And now place your attention on your solar plexus in the space between your navel and your ribs.
And imagine a bright and vibrant yellow glowing ball of light here.
This is your solar plexus chakra,
Your center of power.
You might notice sensation here.
Breathe into this area.
Just give yourself this time to heal and connect with your chakra system.
And now let's go into our visualization to help us tap into the solar plexus chakra energy.
Imagine yourself sitting in a sunny field.
You may picture flowers all around you.
You might hear birdsong and feel a gentle breeze on your skin.
Feel the warmth of the sun shining down on you.
Feel the power of this energy.
Allow it to wash over you.
Now imagine this light from the sun shining down into your solar plexus chakra.
Notice how this feels.
Take a few more moments to breathe in this light,
Letting it heal and restore and bring proper flow to your solar plexus chakra.
And now we will go through our healing affirmations and the Bija Matra.
We will speak each affirmation three times and then chant the Bija Matra three times.
You are welcome to speak each mantra after me and chant the Bija Matra after me.
Or if you wish,
You can simply rest and listen.
You'll get the benefits either way.
The Bija Matra for the solar plexus chakra is Ram.

Breathing from the bottom of the belly.
And exhale.
Take a moment to just notice how you feel.
You can feel free to repeat any of these affirmations.
And the Bijan Matra at any point throughout your day.
They're there for you whenever you need to connect to the center of power.
And cleanse and energize and heal this chakra.
Take as much time as you need before you transition back into your day.
And when you're ready,
You can wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Take any stretches that you feel your body needs.
Take a deep breath and exhale.
