Alexandra Arbogast is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, holistic psychotherapist, and integrative health and wellness coach specializing in mindfulness and somatic approaches to healing, health, and wholeness. She is also a Certified Yoga Therapist, Certified iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation Teacher, Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a certified mindfulness meditation teacher through the two-year training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. With over 20 years of personal meditation practice and retreat experience, Alexandra’s work is rooted in the Insight Meditation tradition and enriched by studies in Buddhist psychology, somatic healing, and embodied mindfulness practices. Since 2010, she has worked extensively with military and first responder populations, supporting individuals in navigating stress, trauma, and burnout. She co-founded the Mind-Body Medicine Program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and continues to work full-time with first responders, offering practical tools for nervous system regulation, resilience, and well-being. Through her private practice and True Nature Wellness, Alexandra offers mindfulness-based therapy, coaching, workshops, and retreats that integrate meditation, breathwork, somatic awareness, and expressive arts. Her approach is warm, intuitive, and experiential—supporting individuals in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and cultivating greater presence, balance, and authentic connection.
