Welcome to this meditation that is going to help you reset your day.

Please find a comfortable seating and close your eyes.

We are going to start taking a really really deep breath,

Inhaling through your nose and expanding your chest and then let it out through your mouth.

Let's take another deep breath,

Inhaling through the nose and out through your mouth.

Last one,

Inhale fully through your nose,

Expanding your chest.

Take one more sip of air and then let it out through your mouth.

Now let's go back to your natural rhythm of breathing.

Focus your attention on the sensation in your body as you inhale and exhale and let the breath bring you in the present moment.

Now let's take a moment to acknowledge what we are carrying within,

What has been going on today.

Perhaps you just woke up on the wrong side of the bed,

Maybe you have a very busy day with a lot of responsibilities and expectations on yourself or perhaps it is just a really hard time in your life right now and today is no exception.

So I am just going to invite you to take a second and really acknowledge what has been going on for you.

Let's put a stop to everything you are doing and thinking and worrying.

Remove yourself from the doing mode and let's enter into our being mode where we can just sit here quietly looking at our day with present and non-judgment.

Now that we have acknowledged what is going on for ourselves,

Let's take a really deep breath again and as you breathe out exhale everything and let it go.

So inhale through the nose,

Spandex in your chest and again let it out through the mouth and let go of everything that has been going on today.

Imagine as if you have a notebook in front of yourself and on this notebook you have been writing all day,

Every single thing happening,

The narrative you have used,

The thoughts in your head and all your feelings and emotions.

I am just going to invite you to take the notebook,

Turn the page and get to a white spotless blank page and there we can start writing again the script for our day in a more mindful and conscious way.

I am just going to invite you now to look within yourself and set an intention or an emotion you would like to experience today and how you would like today to unravel.

If it is a very stressful day where you have a lot to do,

Many responsibilities,

Perhaps you could reframe the word stress and pressure to excitement and passion.

So try to look within what is going on and reframe it in a way that is going to make you feel empowered.

And if you are going through a lot today and perhaps the past weeks have been hard for you,

You could take the chance to acknowledge that what you are going through is temporary and that it is a simple experience and part of life as a human being.

You can take a step back from all the suffering and acknowledge that this is just part of being human.

Going through a difficult time is proving you how brave and resilient you are,

So perhaps today can be about that,

Another day where you show up despite everything being so hard.

So now I am just going to allow some time for you to write on this blank page deciding the kind of thoughts,

The kind of narrative,

The kind of script you want to have in your life today and moving forward.

And as you choose something,

Make sure it makes you smile and it is something that is going to enable you to celebrate what beautiful and unique today is.

Now with the next exhalation let go of your intention,

Let go of our new script and let's come back to our breathing,

To our home,

To a pure state of being.

And from here perhaps we can start to experience that emotion and intention we set for ourselves.

This can be the first moment where we allow ourselves to be and feel and experience life as we want and as we deserve to.

I really wish you can allow yourself to go through today as you want to and I hope that as I leave you for the rest of your day you can go on with a smile and experience your life as beautiful and incredible as it is.
