I would like to guide you through a short and nourishing somatic practice that's gonna help you to release fear and make space for love.
Find a comfortable position.
You can be seated,
Cross-legged,
Or just lie down on a yoga mat,
Fluffy carpet,
Or your bed.
Once you are comfortable,
I invite you to gently close your eyes.
And first of all,
Notice your breathing.
Notice the inhalation and how the air is entering your body.
Notice the temperature of the air.
Notice which body parts get engaged in this activity when you are breathing in.
Notice without judgment,
If your mind gets active,
Simply return to your breath.
And now the same with the exhalation.
Notice how the air is leaving your body.
Notice which body parts are moving when exhalation is happening.
Simply notice and observe.
And now,
Whenever you're ready,
I invite you to take a deep,
Slow breath into your nose.
Feel up your belly.
And exhale out the mouth.
Softly and gently release.
Into the nose,
Fill up your belly.
Exhale out the mouth.
Release,
Let go.
And now again,
Into the nose,
Fill up your belly.
Exhale,
Release,
Let go.
You can keep breathing like this.
Stay connected to your breath.
Stay connected to your body.
And now,
Focus your attention on your root chakra at the base of your spine.
And with the next inhalation,
Imagine breathing in all the way into your root.
Exhale,

Let go.
And again,
Breathe in to your root.
Exhale,
Release,
Let go.
And again,
Breathe in some love into your root.
Exhaling,
Release all the fear.
Let go.
Ah.
And now,
Breathe into your sacral.
Deep,
Long inhale.
Relax,
Exhale.

Breathe into your sacral.
Shimmering with orange light.
Exhale,
Release,
Let go.
And now,
Breathe in love into your sacral chakra.
Release,
Let go on the exhalation.
Now,
Focus on the solar plexus.
Imagine how it's shining with golden light.
Breathe in to your solar plexus.
Exhale,
Release,
Let go.
And again,
Breathe in to your solar plexus.
Imagine how this golden light is filling up your whole body,
Releasing,
Letting go.
And again,
Breathe in love into your solar plexus.
Release softly,
Gently.
And now,
Focus on your heart space.
You can place one or both hands on your heart.
Connect with your heart.
And breathe into your heart.
Breathing in,

I exhale fear and worry.
Breathing in,
I'm breathing love right into my heart,
Seeing how it's shining with luminous,
Emerald,
Green light.
Exhale,
Softly and gently release.
And again,
Breathe in love into your heart.
Breathe out all the fear,
All the worry,
All the doubt.
And now,
Focus on your throat.
If you'd like,
You can place your hands on your throat and rub it gently.
With the next inhalation,
Breathe into your throat.
Exhale,

Ah,
Breathe in love into your throat chakra.
See this beautiful blue light.

Let go of all the fear and worry.
And now,
Focus your attention on your third eye,
Just in between your eyebrows.
Notice how it's shining an indigo blue color.
With the next inhalation,
Breathe in love into your third eye.
See it expanding.
Breathing out,
Exhale all the worry,
Release.
And again,
Breathe in love into your third eye.
Exhale,
Release all the worry,
All the doubt,
All the fear.
And again,
Breathe in love into your third eye.

Now,
Focus on your crown,
On the top of your head.
Feel how it's open.
Feel how it's connecting you right to the divine.
Breathe in love into your crown.

Connect with this white light.
