This Tibetan singing bowls session is created to help your body and mind slow down and settle. The soft, grounding vibrations invite your nervous system to move out of stress and into a state of natural balance and calm. Simply lie down or sit comfortably and allow the sound to support you in releasing tension, quieting the mind, and reconnecting with a deeper sense of inner safety. Towards the end of the session, subtle bird sounds emerge, bringing a feeling of lightness and spaciousness, like a quiet return to the world after deep rest. For the best experience, you may wish to use headphones and allow yourself this time to fully unwind.
