Welcome to this bodyscan meditation guided by Tibetan singing bowls and soft rain in the background make sure you listen from a safe place where you can comfortably lie down or sit and won't be disturbed please listen with headphones for the best experience and sit or lie down in a comfortable position gently close your eyes and turn inward take a few calm breaths in and out and bring all your attention to your breathing feel the up and down movement of the abdomen the flow of the air notice the difference in temperature at your nose and then imagine that with every inhalation you breathe in relaxation and with each exhalation tension leaves your body inhale relaxation exhale tension breathe in and out now let the relaxation spread throughout your entire body starting from the feet feel the feet without moving let the relaxation flow apart from there to the chins gums knees thighs pelvis your entire legs are relaxed relax your stomach your whole body is relaxed your whole body is relaxed your whole body is relaxed the chest and then let the relaxation sink down through your whole body to the lower back and then let it move slowly up along the spine and then from the top of the spine back down again moving between each vertebra individually feel the space in your spine and then from the lower back upwards once more all the way up to the shoulders relax the shoulders your arms hands all the way to the fingertips the throat so relax your jaws nose eyes eyebrows foreheads up to the top of your crown your whole body is relaxed solid and calm and feel the weight of your body feel how with each exhalation you become heavier and heavier relaxed and keep all your attention to the sounds for a little longer and allow yourself to sink into a deep relaxation Thank you for watching!
