Hello dear soul.
Take a moment to relax,
Finding yourself in a comfortable position,
Preferably lying down in Shavasana.
Perhaps your palms face up,
Allowing yourself to become open to receiving.
You may close your eyes if you feel safe.
You only need to receive the healing that is here for you in the now.
Allow yourself to receive the sounds and feel free to follow my voice if that resonates.
But you are always free to take your own path.
Allow yourself to connect gently towards your breath,
Your prana,
Feeling the natural ebb and flow.
Now allow yourself to sink a little deeper with your breath,
Noticing any tension in the shoulders or your hips.
Take a nice deep full breath in.
Exhale out the mouth.
A couple more times.
Imagine yourself inhaling brand new high vibrational energy.
And as you exhale,
Exhale anything old and stagnant that no longer serves you.
Inhale new pure crystalline energy.
And exhale all the old stagnant stuff.
You don't need it.
Great job.
And now allow your breath to just move naturally,
Bringing your awareness to your body.
If you would like to set an intention,
Now is a good time to do so.
Bring that intention into your heart.
Now come back to the whole body.
Imagining all the tension from the past,
From the future,
To just gently start to dissolve into the earth.
Feel the earth beneath you.
Notice how it just holds your body ever so gently.
And now soften into your body.
Allow your physical vessel to become soft,
Allowing the earth to hold you and gravity to just sink you deeper into yourself.
Feel the side of the body,
The right side of the body,
The whole body.
Bring your awareness to your feet,
The center of the foot,
Bottom of the foot,
Sides of the foot,
And toes.
Allowing any tension in the feet to melt away.
Allowing a gentle breeze to just dissolve any tension in the ankles.
Inner thighs,
Back of the thighs,
IT bands,
Front of the thighs,
Your glutes,
Your pelvis.
Bring your awareness to the pelvic bowl.
Just be aware of any tension.
Can you sink a little bit deeper into your pelvis?
Your root chakra.
Imagining the color red.
Just healing that root chakra.
Restoring and relaxing into what is no longer needed to be held in this area of the body.
Notice your hips,
Your left hip,
Your right hip.
Both the hips.
Surrendering any emotion held in the hips into a beautiful body of water.
And as you air into this part of your body,
You become repaired with fresh new energy.
Energy that feels aligned,
Stable,
Secure.
Moving into your sacral chakra.
Space underneath your navel.
Just notice,
Where can I soften here just a little bit more?
Where can I allow myself to receive just a little bit more?
And if you feel creative,
I invite you to play with that energy.
And perhaps you start to move it into your heart.
Connect it to your heart.
And just notice.
Coming into the stomach,
The digestive system.
What do you need to digest more fully?
Perhaps it's information,
Food.
And coming into the heart.
Allowing that intention to just be ignited.
Opening up the heart,
If that's what feels right.
And receiving divine love into the heart space.
Into the back of the chest,
The front of the chest.
And allowing that divine love to ripple through the shoulder blades,
The arms,
The elbows,
The forearms,
And all the way through to your fingertips.
Just imagine yourself in this divine river of love,
Holding your intention.
Can I allow myself to express more fully?
Whether it's silent or out there.
Just notice.
The nose,
The back of the head,
The front of the head,
The forehead.
Imagine in your mind's eye,
Receiving.
Receiving something nurturing and healing and deeply restorative for your soul.
Coming into the top of the head.
Is there a message for you here?
Allow yourself to listen to any messages.
If there is one,
Or not,
Just allow yourself to be here just for a few moments.
Now notice the left side of your body.
The right side of the body.
The whole body.
The whole body.
Allow your breath to start to ebb and flow.
Or perhaps not.
Gently waking up the body.
Perhaps wiggling your fingers and your toes.
