Take a short break to relax in a candlelit pool of healing water. Let the magical water draw out any tension from your body and then heal and rejuvenate your whole body. You will feel relaxed and refreshed.

Allow yourself to get comfortable,

Either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes and place your attention on your breath.

Notice your breathing becoming slower and deeper.

Now imagine you are outside on a warm,

Dark night.

The sky is clear and full of stars.

You look up at the stars and you draw in their magical energy.

In front of you is a small pool surrounded by candles.

You dip your toes in the water.

It is fresh and clear and the perfect temperature.

This is a healing pool.

The water has a magical quality that will soak into your cells and heal and rejuvenate you.

You decide to go in.

There is a little ledge at the side where you can sit and you are comfortable and supported and your body is fully immersed in the water.

The water feels delicious against your skin.

You can feel the water draw away any tension from your body.

You feel your body fully relax.

Now that any tension has been drawn out of your body,

It's time to soak up the magical qualities of this healing elixir.

Every cell of your body soaks up the healing energy.

You splash some of the water on your face.

It feels wonderful.

Your face feels relaxed and refreshed.

Relax in the water for a few minutes as it heals and rejuvenates your whole body.

It's time for you to leave the pool now.

You get out of the water and notice a gorgeous fresh clean robe for you to put on.

It feels soft and warm against your skin.

Your body feels light and relaxed and your mind is clear and refreshed.

This pool is always here for you.

You can come back at any time to allow the water to draw out any tension and then soak up the healing qualities of the water.

Now let the image of the pool fade and become aware of your body wherever it's sitting or lying.

Take a few deep delicious breaths and wiggle your fingers and toes and stretch your body.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and welcome the world.
