Dawn chorus recording in late summer next to a river in the Greater Kruger Park area of South Africa. Birds that can be heard calling are amongst others African Scops Owl, Fiery-necked Nightjar, Verreaux's Eagle-Owl, Pearl-spotted Owlet, Southern Ground-Hornbill, Natal Spurfowl, Woodland Kingfisher, Cape Turtle-Dove, Crested Francolin and Grey-Headed Bushshrike. Mammals that can be heard include Spotted Hyena, Impala, Chacma Baboon, Lion and Vervet Monkeys jumping in the trees above.
