Welcome.
This meditation will help you protect your energy and assert energetic boundaries.
To begin,
I invite you to sit comfortably,
Close your eyes,
And begin to take some deep breaths.
I invite you to call back every particle of energy,
Every thought,
Every cell that is distracted,
And welcome them back into the present moment.
Bringing every one of our cells home and beginning to feel into our body in the here and now.
Just pausing to notice what sensations arise here.
I invite you to bring to mind a color.
This can be any color.
It's the color of light that resonates with you.
Listen to your intuition here and follow that inner knowing of what this color of light is.
We're going to use this color of light to encase ourselves in a bubble of protection.
Beginning at the crown of your head floating just above you.
With each inhale,
This color of light spreads in front and behind,
On the right and on the left.
And each exhale fills in every inch in between.
As this bubble starts to form from above the crown to below the feet in 360 directions.
Notice yourself within this bubble of light.
Feel into the sensations here.
Notice the quality,
The brightness of your light and how it feels to be resonating in this energy that is all yours.
With this awareness,
We'll begin a body scan.
We will begin at the crown of the head and scan the colors within this bubble.
Breathing anywhere where the light is dim or muddy or where other colors have been brought in.
Just simply breathe and follow with curiosity.
As you notice where in your body you carry the dimness or colors that are not yours.
And simply ask these spaces,
Are you mine?
When you notice areas where another color has flown in,
Simply ask it,
Are you mine?
And listen in for the response.
If the wisdom comes to you that this is not yours,
Notice who and what energies have been allowed into your system.
Notice what it is that you're carrying and where.
And with each exhale,
Visualize that other color flowing out of your system.
And each inhale drawing in more of your bright,
Vibrant,
Radiant color of light that is uniquely yours.
As you continue scanning down the body,
Noticing again where else you may be carrying colors of light of energy that are not yours.
And once again asking,
Are you mine?
And again,
We visualize each exhale blowing the same air.
This other color of light out of our system.
And each inhale drawing back in the vibrancy of our own light.
As we affirm,
I release anything that is not mine.
I let go of anything I am carrying that I do not need to carry.
And I release what does not serve me.
Again we move down the body,
Noticing if there are any remaining areas where our bubble of light is anything but vibrant and radiant and purely our bright color.
And again simply ask,
Are you mine?
And again,
We release what does not serve me.
And again,
We exhale anything that is not ours.
Noticing any muddy,
Foggy,
Cloudy colors leaving our system now.
And each inhale fills our energy body with the vibrancy and cleansing of our own unique,
Energetic color.
Notice how it feels in your body to be carrying only what is yours.
To be vibrating with your unique resonance and letting go of anything else.
Notice how the sensations of the body feel now.
As we may have let go of areas where we hold tension,
Stress,
And others emotions in our system,
We now welcome lightness,
Freedom,
Ease,
And softness.
We scan the body briefly now to affirm these sensations.
How it feels to be resonating in our own unique vibration.
And we know that our energy body is protected here.
We are clear.
Our energy is cleansed.
And you may choose to affirm,
I am protected.
I have choice over what I allow in and what stays out of my energy.
I carry only what is mine and I release the rest.
I decide what I welcome into my energy body.
We set the intention that this protection stays in place as we move through our lives and our many interactions.
Knowing we can always return to this space where energy is clear,
Protected,
And safe.
Taking a brief pause in gratitude and a mental snapshot of the empowerment and safety and calm that you feel here.
This space is your own and you are always safe here.
Take a few closing breaths to seal this energy in place.
To keep your bubble of light protecting you throughout your day.
Inhaling once and exhaling.
Inhaling again and exhaling.
And inhaling on this final time with deep gratitude.
And exhaling as you return to normal breathing and bring this grounded sense of protection with you into your day.
