This is your time.

To heal.

And to reconnect with that light within you.

Closing your eyes if it feels right.

And take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Feel the day's weight begin to lift.

This is your space.

For peace.

Healing.

And self-love.

Bring your awareness to the connection between your body and the surface beneath you.

Feel the support holding you.

Steady and unwavering.

With every breath,

Imagine your body becoming heavier.

Grounded.

Safe.

Visualize roots extending from your feet or the base of your spine.

Reaching deep into the earth.

These roots are strong.

Anchoring you to the ground's steady energy.

With each inhale,

Draw that energy up through your roots.

Filling your body with stability and calm.

With each exhale,

Let go of any tension or restlessness.

Just allowing it to dissolve into the earth.

Seal yourselves held by this grounding energy.
