Hello,
My name is Acacia for those of you that don't know me,
And I am here today to guide you on your higher self meditation.
So thank you for joining me,
And this is an exciting time.
I'm excited to take you on this journey.
So please have a journal pen and paper or your computer handy where you can type the answers to these questions that come up once we journal to your higher self.
And if you could please be seated somewhere that is quiet,
Where you won't be disturbed,
And where you will be relaxed,
And you can lay down if that's easier,
Or you can be seated in a chair with your feet flat on the ground,
Or whatever's the most comfortable for you in a couch,
Sit in Indian style however you feel the most relaxed.
And what I'm going to have you do now is I want you to keep your eyes closed while we do this meditation.
So your eyes will be closed,
And once you've closed your eyes,
I want you to put your hand on your heart,
And I want you to take a deep breath into your belly,
And exhale.
And while you're breathing in and out,
I want you to fill up your belly,
And I want you to feel your heart.
So inhale in and out.
And as you're breathing in,
Just feel your heart beating,
And as you exhale,
Exhale everything you want to release right now,
Anything holding you back,
Any stress that you might have,
Anything that feels heavy.
So breathing in love,
And exhaling anything heavy.
And now,
As you keep your eyes closed,
I want you to picture yourself in the countryside.
You can be in any countryside,
But we are going to be looking at a place surrounded by hills,
Beautiful green hills,
It's springtime.
I want you to feel yourself there,
Feel yourself feeling the gentle breeze,
You feel the sun upon your face and your arms,
And you can really feel deeply that you are at peace,
You're in the countryside.
It's beautiful,
There's nothing to do,
There's nowhere to be.
As you look around you,
You see fields of flowers,
Beautiful springtime flowers of every color and variety.
It's so beautiful.
And you can hear the birds,
They're singing to each other in the tops of the trees.
You hear bees buzzing around from flower to flower.
And the treetops are gently swaying and whispering to you.
And you feel the sun on your face as you continue to walk,
And you're walking up a small dirt path leading up to a cottage.
As you get to the front of this beautiful little brick-veined cottage,
White windowsills and flowers everywhere around it and pots in the windowsills.
It's just a beautiful little cottage,
And you can see smoke coming out the chimney.
You look around you and you see the view from this cottage,
Looking out onto these hills and these flowers and trees,
And it's just amazing.
Takes your breath away.
You turn back to the cottage,
And you push the door open,
Both of your hands,
And you walk into the front room.
And as you walk into this room,
You notice on your right that there's a sitting room with two chairs in it,
And a log fire is going in the fireplace.
And you feel that warmth as you head into that room,
So you walk towards the fire because it's slightly chilly in this little stone cottage.
And as you come to stop in front of the fire,
You notice that there's someone sitting to your left in the chair.
And you take a deep breath,
And you turn towards your left,
And you see your higher self sitting there.
Your higher self can be you at any time in this lifetime.
It could be an older self.
It could be a past-life self.
It could be a multidimensional self.
It can be any age,
Color,
Size,
Any type of being,
Plant,
Animal,
Doesn't matter.
If you can only sense your higher self right now,
That is okay.
There's no right or wrong way to do this.
It's okay if you can't make out features and you only can sense an energy or a color.
And sometimes we feel instead of see.
There's no judgment of what you see or feel right now,
Only love and acceptance.
And right now,
Your higher self is smiling at you in a warm and loving,
Inviting smile.
Do you feel their love?
How proud they are of you?
How much love they have for everything you've done in this lifetime?
They're so proud of you.
Do you want to hug your higher self?
You can.
Feel their love.
It's okay to cry or get emotional right now.
Allow yourself to feel it all,
Whatever comes up right now.
And now,
You take a seat next to them in the other chair next to the fire.
And in your head,
For the rest of these questions,
Not allow.
Ask your higher self if it's okay to ask them some questions.
And once you get that okay,
I want you to ask your higher self.
If there's anything they wish to show you or tell you.
Anything that you need to know right now in this moment.
As they tell you what you need to know,
Feel free to ask them any questions that you feel coming up that you want to know as well.
So the next question,
Ask your higher self,
Is there any wounding,
Any hurt,
Any karma that you need to release right now?
And if there is,
Can they tell you what that is?
Can they show you what you need to release?
Can they tell you how to do it?
Or do you just need to cry or be upset,
Be angry?
As you're feeling it all,
Feeling everything that they're telling you to do.
Just take a moment to be present.
Now ask your higher self,
What do you need to do for your next step?
What can you do right now to help yourself?
Now this is your higher self,
So you get to ask them any questions that you feel relevant.
You can ask about your love life,
You can ask about a career,
A job,
Changing,
Becoming an entrepreneur,
Writing a book.
Whatever it is you want to ask,
Ask.
This is your higher self.
They want to help you as much as possible,
As much as they can.
And on the final question,
I'm going to have you ask your higher self.
What can you implement in your life right now that is going to get you to your next level?
Now if there's anything else you'd like to ask your higher self,
Please take a few seconds to do so.
Now I want you to thank your higher self for showing up today and giving you answers to all of these questions.
And tell them that you will see them again soon,
Knowing that you can do this at any time on your own or with this meditation.
And stand up slowly.
You can give them a hug if you feel like it,
Or a handshake,
Or just say goodbye.
And walk out of the room,
Back to the front door of the cottage.
And walk out of the cottage into the sunlight.
And feel the breeze on your skin as you walk down the little cottage path.
And feeling the sun and the birds.
You can hear the birds,
The bees,
The beauty of the trees,
And the flowers everywhere.
And that's the beauty of this life.
The beauty of this planet.
I want you to take a deep breath in.
Place your hand back on your heart.
And come back to the present moment.
Come back to yourself.
Come back to feeling you.
And I want you to take another deep breath into your belly.
And open your eyes.
Now take a few minutes to journal about what your higher self told you.
To write down the answers that she or he gave you.
And to really know that they are with you on this entire journey of life,
And all you have to do is ask them.
To show up.
And be present with them.
And to ask them questions,
Because they will answer,
Unless it's not important.
And then you might not get an answer.
Or if you're not ready for it,
You might not receive an answer.
But next steps,
And how to help yourself,
And how to clear karma,
And all of the hurts and wounds that we can release and transmute in this lifetime.
That's what they're there to help you with.
And as always,

Be gentle with yourself.

And remember that you are loved,
You are protected,
You are guided.
