Welcome,

Welcome.

My name is Abigail Mensah-Bunsu and I am a Goddess Activator,

Intuitive Divine Channel Master Healer.

And today I would like to share with you a light language to help you get the most restful sleep,

The most rejuvenating sleep you've ever had.

And through this transmission,

Your body will get to heal as you sleep,

Your mind will be at ease,

Your heart will settle so you can receive the most that you need as you sleep.

So before we begin,

Get into bed,

Get comfortable and begin to breathe into your body.

You can totally go ahead and lay down and it is okay if you fall asleep through this.

It is okay.

Begin to breathe into your body.

Follow your breath,

Your inhalation as your stomach expands and with your exhalation as your stomach contracts.

And go ahead and call back to you all your energy from all places,

People,

Experiences that you've had throughout the day.

Call it all back to you now.

And I ask that they be cleansed,

Purified before it gets reintegrated into your energy field.

And now bring your awareness into your heart and begin to send that breath into your heart space and begin to see,

Sense or feel.

Now for some of you,

It might look like a ball of light at the center of your heart and for some of you,

It might look like a flower or something completely different.

It's okay.

Bring your awareness to the center of your heart and the symbol that represents your heart and begin to send your breath to this symbol.

And notice as you breathe into it,

The light expands.

As you breathe out,

It contracts.

But the more you breathe into it,

The bigger this light gets.

See,

Sense or feel this light grow bigger and bigger and bigger until it encompasses all around you and overflows into the entire room that you're in.

Around your bed,

It's filling the entire room with this beautiful radiant light.

Now this time,

Go ahead and call in divine to be present in your heart.

See,

Sense or feel that divine light coming down,

Streaming down from above and also from the center of the earth.

See the light from the divine father and the divine mother merge within your heart.

This allows the ball of light within your heart to intensify and get even bigger.

This light overflows around you and fills your entire room again.

Now I'm going to call in the beautiful angels and archangels of the highest light and your higher self to be present.

I ask the angels and archangels to bring down that beautiful emerald healing chamber.

You begin to see,

Sense or feel this cocoon of emerald green light around your bed.

You're going to be sleeping in this cocoon to be rejuvenated,

To be healed,

To just receive a restful sleep.

I'm getting for some of you,

It might look like blue,

Like the turquoise ocean.

It's okay.

It's exactly what you need.

Taking a deep breath in and out.

Allow each breath to relax you deeper and deeper and deeper.

Sinking into your body,

Sinking into the bed.

Breathe in and breathe out.

It is safe for me to have a peaceful restful sleep.

It is safe for my body to relax,

My mind to ease and my heart to settle.

I now surrender all my worries about tomorrow to the divine.

I trust the divine.

Whatever questions or worries I have,

I ask that the solutions come in while I sleep.

And when I wake up,

I will have everything I need.

It is safe for me to sleep.

I am safe and divinely protected as I sleep.

My family are safe and divinely protected.

My mind is calm.

My heart is settled.

I am ready to sleep.
