Alright,
Welcome to this very simple yet very effective mantra meditation.
So I use this mantra anytime that I'm feeling frustrated or worried or stressed out or challenged in life and I notice right away it really helps me to calm my mind and bring me back into a place of peace.
So the mantra is it's all going to be okay.
Now find a comfortable seat,
Whatever that is to you.
Maybe you're sitting on a chair or cross-legged on the floor,
Sitting up nice and tall.
Relax your hands in your lap or resting your hands on your legs,
Whatever is comfortable for you.
Closing your eyes,
Relaxing your shoulders and just check in with yourself.
How are you feeling from one to ten?
One being very calm and relaxed or ten being very anxious and tense.
Let's take one big inhale together.
Big exhale.
Good.
Now repeat after me.
It's all going to be okay.
It's all going to be okay.
Feel the tension and stress releasing from your body as you say this mantra.
One more time,
It's all going to be okay.
Good.
Now use this mantra anytime that you're feeling worried or frustrated or anxious throughout your day.
Now check in with yourself.
How are you feeling now from one to ten?
