All right,
Welcome to this very simple yet very effective breathing meditation.
So just notice the level of anxiety and stress and tension throughout your mind and body right now and just rate it from 1 to 10.
Now we're gonna take a few big breaths together and notice how we feel afterwards.
So find a comfortable seat,
Relax your hands wherever is comfortable,
Feel your shoulders sinking a little bit deeper and breathe with me.
So we'll take a big deep inhale all the way to the top and then exhale all the way to the bottom emptying the lungs right to the bottom.
Good and again big deep inhale feel that fresh new oxygen entering your body and then exhale feel the tension and stress releasing from the mind and body.
Good one more time big inhale fill the lungs right to the top with that fresh new oxygen that fresh new energy and then exhale releasing and pushing out any tension stress or anxiety that's stuck within.
Good now feel that little tingling sensation throughout your whole body.
Now rate yourself from 1 to 10 on your level of stress and tension throughout your mind and body.
Notice how just a few big breaths make such a big difference and we can do this any day any part of the day any time of the day any time we're feeling anxious or stressed out or challenged with life circumstances just take a step back and take a few breaths and notice the effect that it has on your mind and body.
