Sam Starr

Sam Starr has been hosting meditation circles in London since 2017. Her speciality is psychosynthesis psychology, also known as the psychology of the soul. With 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, she supports coaches and consultants in connecting to their soul purpose through meditation and tarot. In 2024, she founded the Ground & Rise Tarot school, teaching personal and spiritual development using the Tarot. Sam believes that the quality of our lives is directly connected to the quality of our connection to self and a Higher Power. She is a member of the 12-step recovery programme Al-Anon, for friends and families of alcoholics. Her own experience, strength and hope are expressed in her personal prayers for recovery.
