Welcome to The Quiet Light of Being — a soft, spacious guided meditation inviting you to gently return to your truest nature. In this meditation, you will be lovingly guided from the physical body, through the silent sky of the mind, and into the deep, infinite field of pure being — where you are already whole, already free. Let go of striving. Let go of thought. Rest in the quiet that holds all things. There is nothing to fix. Nothing to chase. Only this moment — endless, silent, infinite. Thank you for being here. May the quiet light of being guide you home.

Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

Myself and my beautiful Cocker Spaniel Ziggy are so honoured that you're here.

You may even be able to hear him breathing already as he's already begun to relax to the sound of the music.

We're so happy to share this meditation with you.

This is your time,

Your sacred space to come home to yourself.

Before we begin,

Allow yourself to find a comfortable position,

Lying down if you can somewhere safe and quiet.

Take a moment to adjust your body,

To settle into softness,

To let any small movements or wriggles find their natural stillness.

There is no rush,

There is nothing to achieve,

Only your presence is needed here.

When your body feels supported and at ease,

Allow your eyes to gently close.

We begin,

Bring your awareness now to the tips of your toes,

No need to judge,

To change or to fix.

Simply notice.

Feel the soft weight of your toes against the surface beneath you.

Feel the quiet life within them.

Now,

Gently,

Slowly,

Invite your awareness upward through the arches of your feet,

The sturdy strength of your heels,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Notice the long bones of your shins,

The stillness of your calves,

The structure of your knees holding you even in rest.

With each breath,

Your body softens a little more.

Move now through your thighs,

Feeling the heavy rooted energy of your muscles,

The kindness of your hips cradling you.

Upward through your belly,

Rising and falling like the tide,

No need to control it,

Let it be,

Let yourself be.

Awareness gently gliding into your chest,

Your heart beating quietly without needing permission,

Without needing thought.

Feel your hands now,

The small warmth in your palms,

The tiny sensations at your fingertips.

Feel your arms heavy and at peace.

Notice your throat,

Your jaw,

Your face softening as if a gentle breeze is moving over you,

Erasing all tension,

All masks,

All need to perform.

The body is relaxed,

The body is safe.

You have arrived,

Now bring your awareness to your mind,

Not the brain,

Not the swirl of thinking,

But the space in which thoughts arise.

Imagine your mind now as a wide open sky,

Fast,

Silent,

Untouched by any passing cloud.

Thoughts may drift through,

Sensations may ripple,

You do not need to chase them,

You do not need to stop them.

You are not your thoughts,

You are the sky they move across.

Rest here,

Dear one,

Be the vastness itself and now go deeper still,

Let go of even the sky,

Sink into the pure,

Dark,

Soft field that holds all things,

This is the quiet light of being,

Where you are nothing and yet everything.

Here there is no need to imagine,

No need to achieve,

No need to manifest or become.

You are already whole,

Already eternal,

Already free.

Float in this quiet field,

Rest in the space behind all spaces,

There is nowhere to go,

There is nothing to fix,

There is only this moment,

Endless,

Silent,

Infinite,

Here,

Now.

When you feel ready,

Begin to sense the surface beneath your body once again,

The gentle pull of gravity cradling you in safety,

Wiggle your fingers softly,

Your toes lightly,

Bringing small life back into your body,

Breathe in a little deeper,

A breath of gratitude,

A breath of coming home and when you are ready,

In your own time,

Allow your eyes to slowly,

Gently open,

Carry the quiet light of being with you into your day,

Into your dreams,

Into every breath,

You are the space between the stars,

You are the quiet that holds the song,

You are home.
