Hello and welcome to this meditation,

This is Megan and I'll be leading you through a guided chakra meditation where we will focus on the seven main chakras in your body.

All you need to do from here is start to find a comfortable seat and do the best you can to focus throughout the meditation.

Release all judgment and criticism.

If the mind wanders,

Just come back to my voice,

Come back to your focal point.

You may be seated,

Maybe a chair,

Maybe a meditation cushion or even laying down.

You can close your eyes if you're comfortable with it or soften the gaze.

And start to notice the breath as you inhale through the nose and take long slow exhales out of the mouth.

Perhaps you adjust yourself a little bit to create even more length in the spine.

And create strong back and soft front.

So length in the spine,

Soft face,

Soft forehead,

Jaw,

Soft heart,

Soft belly.

And as you inhale,

Feel the body expand.

And as you exhale,

Feel the body contract.

We're going to start by bringing our awareness to the floor of the pelvis or the root chakra.

And just breathe into this space.

With each breath,

Feel a deepening sense of stability and groundedness.

Invite in a deep red.

Draw in the energy of the earth beneath you,

Always supporting you.

Say to yourself,

I am safe.

I am centered and grounded.

I have the right to take up space.

I am safe.

I am centered and grounded.

I have the right to take up space.

Now bring your awareness to the center of your pelvis,

Your sacral chakra.

Breathe into this deep reservoir of creativity and sensuality.

With every breath,

Connect to this sacred area,

This area of excitement,

Tuning in to what brings you the most joy.

Invite in the color orange.

Draw in the energy of creativity,

Creation,

Birthing.

Say to yourself,

My body is sacred and I love,

Honor,

And enjoy it.

My body is sacred and I love,

Honor,

And enjoy it.

Now let your awareness float up to the mid torso,

Your solar plexus.

Breathe into this city of jewels.

Feel your innate sense of self-confidence.

Feel your authenticity radiating.

Welcome in a vibrant yellow.

Pull in strength and courage.

And say to yourself,

I know who I am.

I embrace my authentic self.

I know who I am.

I embrace my authentic self.

Now bring awareness to the center of the chest,

Between the shoulder blades to the heart.

Breathe into this cave of unconditional love and empathy.

Maybe you even imagine your heart breathing.

With this deep awareness,

Feel the good all around you,

The sweetness,

The beauty.

Invite in a shade of green.

Try to really tune in to the beat of the heart.

Draw in forgiveness and peace.

Say to yourself,

Love radiates toward me and through me.

Now let the awareness float up to the throat,

Including the neck,

Tongue,

And even ears.

This throat chakra.

As you breathe here,

As you focus here,

Really give permission for all the muscles to soften.

Inhale clarity in communication,

Listening and speaking,

In the inner voice and the spoken word.

Call in a turquoise blue.

Purify confusion.

Invite in clarity.

And say to yourself,

I speak my truth.

I know the power of my words and the power of my silence.

I speak my truth.

I know the power of my words and the power of my silence.

Bring the awareness to float between the eyebrows to the third eye.

Enter into this seat of inner wisdom.

Open up to crystal clear awareness as you invite in the color indigo.

With every exhale,

Release any clutter as you tap into your indigo.

Now let the awareness float above your head.

Inhale into this connection to the universe,

This bridge between physical and non-physical.

Draw in the color violet or even a bright white.

Awaken unity and serenity.

Say to yourself,

I am at peace with myself and others.

I trust that all is unfolding for my highest good.

I am at peace with myself and others.

I trust that all is unfolding for my highest good.

And take this time now to tune into any subtle energy in the body,

Any sensations.

Without analyzing,

Just feel.

From crown down to root,

Root up to crown,

All around.

Now gently and slowly start to feel into the weight of the body.

And the points of contact with whatever you're sitting or laying on.

Start to wiggle the fingers and invite movement into the spine,

The neck.

Gently flutter the eyes open if they're closed as you enter back into the world.

And may you bring this radiant and aligned energy.
