Are you working from home and feeling isolated? It's easy to feel lonely when your office is on your dining room table, in your guest bedroom, or spread across your living room couch. You can get caught up in thinking that you're stuck with only yourself for company, and that there’s no one else to turn to. This guided meditation is designed to remind you that you're not alone. Take a few minutes for yourself and reconnect with the support that surrounds you – even when you’re not aware of it. You’ll be gently guided to a place of comfort and self-reflection, encouraging you to examine feelings of isolation, and to release any fears or worries about remaining connected to those who care about you.
