Welcome to your guided meditation for energy protection.
Take a moment to get comfortable,
Close your eyes,
Take a long breath in through your nose
And let a big sigh out.
Then inhale,
Fill your lungs,
Belly expands,
Exhale your belly deflates.
Breathe in deeply and exhale smoothly.
Now bring your awareness to your third eye,
Right between your eyebrows.
Start to visualize a white light here.
This white light is pure protective energy.
It is capable of protecting you from energy of the day ahead or the day that has been.
Clearing any dark or heavy energy that you've picked up from others and from past events.
Allow this white light to spread a little wider,
Reaching out towards your ears,
Up
To the crown of your head and down to the base of your skull and your chin.
Your whole head is filled with this protective and cleansing white light.
It acts as a shield against any energy you don't want and releases any energy not serving you.
Connect with your breath,
Inhale deeply,
The white light brightens and expands,
Exhale
It releases any dark or heavy energy from this area.
Now this white light spreads down your neck,
Over your shoulders,
Down your chest,
Your
Upper back,
Over your heart space.
Connect with your breath,
Inhale deeply,
The white light brightens and expands,
Exhale
It releases any dark or heavy energy from these areas.
Now this white light spreads down your right arm,
Across your right hand and down each
Finger one by one.
Next it spreads down your left arm,
Across your left hand and down each of your left
Fingers one by one.
Connect with your breath,
Inhale deeply,
The white light brightens,
Expands,
Exhale it
Releases any dark or heavy energy from these areas.
Now this protective and cleansing white light expands down from your chest,
Over your belly
And your pelvis.
It spreads down your back,
Over your bottom and rests at the base of your spine.
Connect with your breath,
Inhale deeply,
The white light brightens,
Expands,
Exhale it
Releases any dark or heavy energy from these areas.
Next this white light spreads down your right leg,
Across your right foot and over each
Toe one by one.
It spreads down your left leg,
Over your left foot and down each toe one by one.
Connect with your breath,
Inhale deeply,
The white light brightens,
Expands,
Exhale it
Releases dark heavy energy from these areas of your body.
Now sensing your entire body from the soles of your feet all the way up to the crown of
Your head.
Your whole body is gently caressed by this protective and cleansing white light.
It acts as a shield against any energy you don't want to attract and it releases any
Energy not serving you.
Trust you have done enough for this white light to be effective and know that you can
Call upon this light anytime you feel the need to protect yourself or to release any
Dark or heavy energy.
Gently breathe in and let a long sigh out,
Slowly coming back to the space you were in.
Bring in some gentle movement,
Lift the corners of your mouth up,
Allow a smile and in your
Own time gently open your eyes.
