Hello beautiful soul this is Steph and welcome to this multi-dimensional healing journey.
This session is created for your highest and greatest good only.
It's designed to support deep release and restoration across many levels.
Clearing out outdated contracts,
Karmic patterns,
Ancestral burdens,
Energetic cords,
Implants and past life imprints.
While also repairing and strengthening your chakras,
Your DNA and your energetic field.
As you move through this please remember only beings of the highest love and the highest light are invited to assist with our healing.
Nothing enters this space without your permission and you are always in charge.
Before we begin find a quiet safe place where you won't be disturbed for about half an hour.
You may like to lie down or perhaps sit comfortably.
Have some water nearby,
Have a notepad and a pen and maybe even a blanket for warmth.
And one important note if at any point you feel panicked or dizzy or unwell please pause the recording.
Place some cold water on your face,
Take some really slow deep breaths,
Ground yourself until you feel steady again.
You can always return when you are ready.
This session is powerful and it goes deep so give yourself permission to fully surrender to this process and know that you'll be lovingly held every step of the way.
So find that comfortable position,
Make your space private and warm and let's begin.
Now take a slow breath in through your nose and a long gentle breath out through your mouth.

Allow your body to release tension and whatever it's holding on to.
We're going to create a safe powerful container together.
So place your hands over your heart if that feels right and say in your head or out loud I invite only beings of the highest love and the highest light aligned with my highest and greatest good to assist with this healing now.
I ask that anything lower vibrational,
Anything that does not honor my free will and anything not in keeping with my highest and greatest good to stay away.
So feel your feet on the floor or if you are lying down feel the mattress or the lounge beneath you.
Taking a moment to imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet.
Reaching down deep into the middle of the earth and these roots are anchoring us and steadying us and stabilizing any energy in our body.
We're also going to bring some more stable energy from these roots from the middle of the earth.
We're bringing that up into our body.
It feels really gentle and really calm and at the same time we're going to imagine a gentle silver cord rising from our crown to the top of our head and it is reaching up into source,
Into the sky,
Into the heavens above,
Into source energy.
So we are feeling grounded and connected to the universe all at the same time and this connection feels calm and peaceful and safe.
Take a moment to just tune into both connections.
Now we're going to create a protective ring of light around our energetic field.
So you can visualize or sense a sphere of white gold light forming around you like a shield.
It covers your whole body,
It goes around your whole body but it's soft and strong at the same time.
This is a clear loving ring that lets only benevolent heart-centered beings in.
Invite your higher self,
Your I am presence.
Invite your trusted guides to stand at the gates of this ring and to vet any helpers who wish to assist.
Knowing that your higher self,
Your I am presence,
Your trusted guides have your highest and greatest good at the forefront of everything.
And I want you to speak gently now after me either out loud or in your head.
I request that my highest self,
My I am presence and only heart-centered benevolent allies be present.
I welcome galactic healers,
Star family,
The council of love,
Ascended masters of light,
My personal guides and angels to join in this healing for my highest and greatest good only.
So as your helpers arrive,
Imagine a soft pool of starlight descending to hover a little bit above your crown,
Above the top of your head like a warm small Sun.
And this starlight is here to support,
To transmute and to hold you in loving attention.
So feel that starlight,
That beautiful golden light settle,
Settling just above your crown.
Now we will begin to scan gently our subtle body.
Picture a thread of clear white gold light entering through your crown,
Moving slowly down through your auric layers that sit just outside of your body.
And as this white gold light moves,
It becomes a tender scanner.
You might notice some sensations like warmth or tingling,
Maybe a sense of pressure where there is a stored charge or an attachment.
If you notice nothing that is also okay,
Trust what you feel.
Allow the scanning light to reveal any cords,
Implants,
Dense attachments or fragments that are not yours to keep.
See them as threads or shapes and the white gold light can identify them.
And you can say out loud or silently,
Anything that is not mine,
That does not serve my highest good,
I now release with love.
I ask that it be returned to its rightful source or transmuted into pure neutral light.
Now I invite the galactic healers and the council to gently begin releasing and transmuting these things.
You might imagine soft hands of light or beams of violet gold flame or whatever symbol feels right for you.
You're going to see these cords being loosened,
These implants dissolving and fragments being lifted away.
And each piece that is removed is transmuted into sparkling light and returned safely to the appropriate source.
If any piece is ready to be reclaimed by you,
Your higher self will present it to your heart now.
Visualize your higher self walking down a corridor of time with a lantern,
Gathering any soul fragments that belong to you.
One by one,
These fragments are returned and threaded back into your light body with the most beautiful golden thread.
And as you feel each one return,
Say softly to yourself,
I reclaim you now in love.
I welcome you home.
We will now address ancestral burdens and karmic agreements that are no longer serving.
Picture a family tree made of light behind you.
See old chains or heavy leaves falling away.
Call in an ancestral healing light to wash through the line.
And speak to any ancestral energy you meet.

Imagine them as pages in a ledger.
Ask your higher self and the council to review each page with compassion and discernment.
If a contract no longer aligns with your soul path,

I cancel this contract now with authority of my higher self.
Be sealed in white gold transmuting light.
Now bring your attention to your chakras.
Starting with your root chakra at the base of your spine.
See a wheel of red light there.
Breathe gently into it.
See it spin and clear and steady.
Next we'll go to our sacral chakra which is just below our belly button.
See a spinning wheel of orange light here.
Breathe gently into it.
See it spin,
Clear and steady.
Next we're going to our solar plexus which is just above our belly button.
So bring your attention here.
See a wheel of yellow light.
Breathe gently into it.
See it spin,
Clear and steady.
Moving your attention up to your heart chakra which is in the centre of your chest.
Bringing your attention here.
Seeing a wheel of green light.
Breathe gently into it.
See it spin,
Clear and steady.
Moving your attention to your throat chakra.
See a wheel of light blue light here.
Breathe gently into it.
See it spin,
Clear and steady.
Moving our attention to our third eye chakra which is in the middle of our forehead.
See a wheel of dark blue light here.
Breathe gently into it.
See it spin,
Clear and steady.
And bringing our attention to our crown chakra on the top of our head.
See a wheel of purple light here.
Gently breathe into it.
See it spin,
Clear and steady.
Feeling all of our chakras now in alignment.
All opening and aligning with our sole purpose.
Next we move on to DNA repair.
Picture your DNA as two luminous strands.
You can see any knots or dark places being lovingly rewoven with the threads of indigo and violet and gold and emerald.
Know that these threads are restoring codes of sovereignty,
Of power,
Of health and alignment with your highest soul blueprint.
Allow those DNA strands,
Those luminous strands to spiral and to unwind and then reweave perfectly.
Aligning you with your true self.
Now checking in with our energetic field and our energetic body.
Sensing whether anything else needs to be returned to source.
Whether anything else needs to be transmuted or perhaps integrated.
Or a small release.
Let it go now.
We ask the council to weave a loving lattice of protection light around our field.
One that supports our sovereignty and allows safe,
Discerned assistance when we choose.
Now I want you to place your right hand on your solar plexus,
So just above your belly button.
And speak clearly either out loud or in your head.
I reclaim my power.
I reclaim my right to choose.
I reclaim my voice.
I reclaim my boundaries.
I reclaim my sovereignty.
I step fully into ownership of my path with humility,
Grace and compassion.
I now invite the helpers to step back into supportive distance for ongoing integration.
