So a long scarcity,
Or snap out of scarcity,
Whatever floats your boat,
A seven minute guided breath reset.
Take a moment to settle in.
You don't have to fix it all right now.
You don't need to fix your whole life right now.
There's no solving tomorrow right now.
For the next few minutes,
Simply allow yourself to pause.
And if you'd like,
Light a candle or hold something comfortable nearby.
A soft blanket,
A yoga mat,
Coin,
Sobriety chip,
A token,
A statue,
Something simple that reminds you that support exists.
Now sit comfortably.
Allow your shoulders to soften down the back.
Let your jaw unclench and gently close your eyes.
Begin by noticing the surface beneath you.
Notice how,
In this moment,
You are held.
You are held in each moment.
You are breathing.
You are here.
You have already survived every difficult moment that brought you to this breath.
Slowly inhale through the nose for 4,
3,
2,
1.
Feel the belly expand gently.
Hold for 2,
1,
Then exhale slowly out the mouth,
6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Let something else leave.
Again,
Inhaling for 4,
3,
2,
1.
Hold for 2,
1,
And exhale,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
As you breathe out,
You can repeat,
I am provided for,
And feel the tension leave your body.
Inhale slowly,
Drawing in steadiness.
Hold gently at the top,
And exhale long and soft,
Releasing every worry,
Releasing every care,
Affirming,
I am provided for.
I am provided for.
Notice how scarcity creeps in the nervous system before you see it anywhere else.
You'll start to feel your body tighten.
Whenever the breath shortens,
The mind starts to spiral.
It starts projecting lack,
Loss,
Or danger.
Right now,
Every slower breath,
You are teaching your body a different rhythm,
And you're enough.
You are enough.
Inhaling for 4,
3,
2,
1.
Hold for 2,
1,
And exhale,
Push it out,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Longer now.
With every exhale,
Affirming,
My needs are met.
And again,
With every inhale,
3,
2,
1.
My needs are met.
Hold,
2,
1,
And exhale,
My needs are met,
3,
2,
1,
Pushing that breath out.
Each exhalation should be longer than the inhalation,
Letting the forehead soften,
Feeling the belly soften,
The hands soften,
Knees meet me easily.
On the inhale,
3,
2,
1,
Hold,
2,
1,
Exhale,
Knees meet me easily.
You do not have to force life to support you,
Not every second of the day.
You are allowed to receive help.
They may come in unexpected ways.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to believe that not every moment must result from a struggle.
Take another slow inhale,
4,
3,
2,
1,
Hold,
2,
1,
And exhale completely,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Now inhale and affirm,
Abundance flows to me now and always.
Exhale,
Affirm,
Abundance flows to me now and always.
Feel the breath now moving through the body like warm water.
And each breath is prana clearing fear,
Clearing urgency,
Clearing your pressure to always brace for the worst.
We know the truth,
Right?
You're a survivor.
You've survived 100% of what's happened to you thus far.
Now take one final deep breath in,
The fullest breath yet.
Hold gently at the top and exhale with a sigh.
Notice how you feel now.
Maybe compare it to where you were at when you began.
A little calmer,
A little softer,
Maybe a little more spacious.
That's enough.
You showed up today,
That's a win.
Think about what you have done,
Right?
What you have around you that you do want.
How you are prepared,
How you are competent.
If you're holding your object or token or blanket,
Press it into your palms now.
Let it become a reminder,
Support exists.
Needs can be met.
And you're doing a lot better of a job at supporting yourself than you may realize.
But you don't have to live entirely inside survival mode.
It can last for years.
It's time to more than survive.
Now begin to deepen the breath naturally.
Breathe normally.
Wiggle the fingers,
Wiggle the toes,
Roll the ankles.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Carry this steadiness with you.
And return to this practice anytime you need to snap out of scarcity.
Say so long to scarcity and to return to the present moment.
Where you belong,
Where your gifts,
Blessings,
Abundance awaits you.
Good luck.
Namaste.
Www.
Mooji.
