Welcome yourself to this sleepy space.

Feel your body already starting to unfurl and rest a little more heavily into the space around you.

Allowing yourself and your body to feel soft,

Supported and sleepy.

Let the muscles of your face relax as your eyes become more heavy.

The muscles of your face release any tension and you feel ready to enjoy a deep,

Deep sleep.

The whole outline of your body feels soft,

Supported and sleepy.

The back of your head is soft,

Supported and sleepy.

The backs of your shoulders sinking a little more heavily,

Softening into the support beneath you,

Sinking more deeply.

The whole back line of your body sinking,

Softening,

Feeling supported and sleepy.

Your hips are soft,

Supported and sleepy.

Your left leg soft,

Your left foot soft,

Supported and sleepy.

Your right leg soft,
